How likely am I to be pregnant? URGENT

I will explain my situation. I want to know if it is possible and how likely. I was on the pill. And I took my 7 day break during my 7day break (day or two after my period stopped) I had sex without a condom. I then have not taken the pill since after having my break. A week later I had tummy ache (like period pain) and thought that it's strange. It wasn't until the day after it clicked. It's now been 10 days since I had sex. I have tummy ache and sore nipples. However 1 week pregnant surely is too early to be having symptoms?! And I am not due my period for another 2 weeks. So am I being paranoid and making up symptoms or is it possible I could be. And if you think I could be when is the earliest I can try taking a test?

I'd say it is pretty unlikely, though not impossible. 10 days since having sex is probably too early to do a test. Wait four or five days.
Any symptoms you are experiencing could surely also be a side effect of stopping the pill, especially if you were on it for a while.0 -
maybe the symptoms were those of ovulation which could occur round about then0

I've also been feeling a bit sick but I'm pretty sure that's from worrying. I might go buy some tests tonight just incase.0

Everyone's different ... I got pregnant 2 days after my period and I was having pregnancy symptoms days later.
But then again, the symptoms of ovulation can be similar, and coming off the pill (if that's what you're doing?) might mess up your hormones too?
I have no idea how early a test might work. I did mine a week before my period was due, and it was positive. You could buy a test anyway, and maybe it will say how early it is likely to work?52% tight0 -
Buy one of those clear blue early pregnancy tests & see.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

It sounds as if it is really soon after you period so I would say the likeliness is slim but not impossible. As others have said ovulation symptoms are similar to pregnancy. I must say that when I found out I was pregnant I didn't feel any different for the first month and a half, but saying that all people are different.
Also depending how long you have been on you pill if you have missed any pills then it could have triggered a hormone imbalance which can make you miss periods etc. I would say wait a week or so and then do a test. If you are still worrying then go see the doctor and discuss it with them. They may give you a urine test (although the shop bought ones are as accurate as their urine tests) or a blood test (these are more accurate pregnancy tests.0 -
When I was on the pill, the documentation stated that you didn't need to use extra protection while on your pill break (assuming you had been taking it properly); you would still be protected.
Therefore I'd think it's pretty unlikely, but of course possible, because no method is failsafe.
I would think the most likely scenario is the main you felt was ovulation pain; you won't be used to it of course, because the pill prevents ovulation.0 -
we can't give medical advise but if you took the pill as described, and the 7 day pill free period was one you were supposed to take and you started next packet on day 28, you won't be pregnant (or highly unlikely)0
