How likely am I to be pregnant? URGENT

I did like "going to the Socrates", that tickled me a bit
Surely you can understand where we are coming from though? And I've never known anyone stop taking the pill without moving onto other contraception when they didn't actively want to become pregnant, that's all.
I too work long hours and can't always get to a doctor as soon as I'd like when I need it, but remember that your workplace are generally obliged to honour any reasonable requests for medical appointments. Generally an appointment near the beginning or the end of the day should be reasonable

I do understand. But i am not having Sex therefore not using contraception. If I do have sex I will be using condoms. I don't feel I have to explain and justify this because it's beside the point and not relevant to what I need to know. at the time of the unprotected sex on my break I didn't know I would be stopping the pill. And when I did stop I assumed I would be covered bexause I was in the 7 day break. It didn't even cross my mind until I started having symptoms. The doctor has done lots of tests on me and recomend a I do a pregnancy test on the 11th and then again on the 20th.
And regarding going to the doctors. I don't want to go into detail as to my job but I work from about 5am until sometimes past midnight. So I cannot get late or early appointments. And I work alone so no one can take over for me. My workplace is complicated and it is very dificult for me to get time off therefore I did not want to do it unless it was necessary.0 -

You don't have to justify yourself by giving details you're not happy to share. Ignore any posts that demand an explanation beyond what you're comfortable with sharing.0 -
But be aware that when you put something like this out on the internet people WILL want to know more regardless of whether you chose to give it or not. You can't control the thread once it is posted.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

So. I've had what I think could be spotting? It was not in my uderwear but where I wiped after going to the toilet It only happened twice and I've not seen anything since. I don't know much about spotting so unsure if this counts. Again it's not occurring when it should be as my period isn't due for a couple of weeks.
I really think you should be sharing these details with a medic as opposed to on here.0 -
Like I said. I have been to the doctors. Please read above as to why I asked on here first before going0

At which point after you finished the pill did you have intercourse? The reality is that sperm can live up to 5 days (but the closer to 5 days, the lower the chances that you can get pregnant). The ealier you can ovulate and realistically have done so with a viable egg and given enough time for your cervix to accept an embryo is day 10 from the day of your first period.
You can calculate from there the likelihood if any that you could be pregnant. If you had intercourse 5 days after your period started, you would need to have ovulated at day 10 to have a chance to be pregnant, however, that would mean defying the odds as neither are best conditions for getting pregnant. Of course, that will also depend on your age.
If you have ovulated later than day 12, then your chances are next to none (assuming you had intercourse during your 7 day break period as you say).
Of course, you then need to take into consideration that it is very common for women not to ovulate their first cycle after coming off the pill or to do so much later than they normally would as the body is adjusting itself to doing so again.
As for symptoms, you will have symptoms just from the fact that if you did ovulate, your body will be producing progesterone, which will produce very similar symptoms to that of pregnancy (sore breasts, cramping feelings etc...). Spotting can also be one of these.
The reality is that you have much much higher chances of not being pregnant than being so, multiply even more from the fact that you've done a test that was negative. However, depending on the above, it is not 100% impossible.0 -
The doctor says it is unlikely. However coming off the pill can mean I will ovulate at an unusual time. So there is a chance but it's too early to test. So I have to wait until the 11th and then again in the 20th to be sure.0
