No buying unnecessary toiletries April 2014

I spend a few hours sorting and rearranging my stash and have to confess I am ashamed.
I must spend hours trawling various websites and shops in search of amazing bargains and must have products - only to have them languish in my stash - and then spend more hours listing them on ebay to make room for more must haves.
Although It probably wont last lets hope this is a serious turning point in my addiction.

30ml Kiehls creme de corps - WNBA was very moisturising but due to its very yellow colour it was important to make sure it was well rubbed it otherwise skin looked jaundiced. I personally like fragranced products and this didnt have any. It was a nightmare to remove from this mini bottle as it was very gloopy but would probably be OK in a larger pump pack.No more buying toiletries0 -
Morning all!
Now I could very much be classed as an enabler for posting this, so I will post the link to this pic rather than post the pic, to show you my Clarins order, all I paid for was the two large boxes at the back and the rest was all free! VERY impressed!

Well done kadison, you did well and now you have plenty of bits to keep you going which means you don't need to spend any money for a while
I met up with my photographer yesterday as I have a photoshoot coming up and he's not impressed with my skin, I'm fair skinned so any red blotches show up really badly but I've assured him I've bought most of boots and can cover up well, with all the use ups comes a lot of swapping and changing of products and since my last swop over its upset my face, I'm not sure if one of the products are wrong for me or its just the ingrediance swop but I'll be glad when I'm onto a large full bottle so my skin an grow use to it xxx0 -
Hi all.
Have been on holiday since Monday, I have skim read the posts and have just about caught up.
I still have no ins for April and have uu the following
Espa Eye Lift Serum - this was a mini tube and was a bit difficult to use as it is a very runny serum but it was really nice and the skin around my eyes did feel firmer. Have replaced it with another the same size.
L'oreal Everpure Restorative Hair Mask (or something like that), this was definitely the restoring one, it was nice but makes my hair a bit too soft to hold my curls.
Elemis Evening Blooms Dry Oil - Very strong smell which reminds me of the old fashioned bath salt cubes I used to use donkeys years ago. I did like it though but WNBA as it will be expensive.
I think there were other uu but that is all I can remember for now.
I did laugh about the horse shampoo mix up, sam.4000 will you use it on your hair?Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

glad to know I'm not the only who succumbed to the loccitane sale Kadison... and this is bit enabley but if there's something that someone NEEDED then I'm not doing anything wrong right? There's a code for £10 off a £25 spend at feelunique - WAHANDA10
Spank you for posting this!DH is almost out of the… gunk… he insists on putting in his hair so, as much as I prefer him au naturale and I actually think his hair looks thicker without it, I have been a good wife and ordered him 2 tubes. He was paying £19 a tube at the salon but I've bagged a brace for £24 so :money: and brownie points all rolled into one!
I'd better get a bacon sandwich in bed out of this one0 -
I don't know if anyone will be interested in this but... I was in Poundworld yesterday and found Forever Ink Ink Balm and Ink Shield. I got very excited as I plan on getting a new tattoo (or a few
) in June after I have given blood so I bought 10 Ink Balms! I have paid around £7 for a tube of this before and it's very good. I think you can get it for about half that price now but £1 is even better... Expiry is August this year but I think that's a load of rubbish tbh!

My tattoos are a couple of years old and I use Tattoo Goo if I'm going out as it really makes the ink POP and look fresh; does the Balm or Shield have a similar effect? What are you thinking of having done, and where? I love tatt talk
ETA: looked at the products online and it seems like the Shield could be useful. I will keep my eyes peeled, thankyou0 -

I'm thinking about getting something on the front of my shoulder, like collarbone area and I really like dotwork mandalas so presently Googling away trying to get ideas. I have an unfinished sleeve but it looks good enough to not worry about getting finished for a while, I quite like it as is. I have a mermaid on my thigh and want something on my other thigh at some point, I'm thinking maybe the goat/fish combination for Capricorn, I have a couple of images saved that I quite like.
I've only used the balm on fresh tattoos so I don't know if it has any effect on healed ones.
The Ink Shield is a bargain because I think it's about £12 full price! What are the tats you've got?Never say never0 -

Urban decay eyeliner in covet - this was an ebay purchase - ive bought about 6 green eyeliners in the hope of finding one I love as much as this discontinued shade.

7 days of Elemis Bliss capsules - WBA these improve my struggling skin. I think I will continue using these for the next few weeks to see if they reduce my hormonal flare ups.
