Hi all. It looks like people are busy battling the stash!


UU:


11, 12, 13, 14, 15 - Sample pouches. Nothing stood out to make me want to purchase a full size. There was a L'Occitaine Dream serum sample that was meh to me. The shampoo and conditioner were nice but I'm too frugal to spend crazy money on them.


16. Vera Wang Love Struck Floral Rush. 4ml vial. Nice but a bit too flowery for me.


17, 18 Vidal Sassoon Shampoo and Conditioner for Coloured Hair. 50ml sample bottles of each. Nice, not expensive. Will buy when the current shampoo/conditioner lake drops. Why did a buy a 1.3 litre bottle of each of the Tresemme stuff? Wait, I know why, I liked the pumps.


19. Clinique Even Better Moisturizer Cream 15ml pot. Like this stuff. More small pots to use up in the stash of this and similar products.


Has anyone ever finished a sunscreen lotion before it expires? We have three tubes on the go and none are more than half full.


I do have two ins. But they were technically bought in March. I have a weakness for pallettes in the duty frees. So they came home. One I may use as a Christmas present. The other is a YSL one and I've never found one before. I just keep looking at the picture on the box, so it isn't open. But in my defense I did use willpower. I finally found a Dior Trianion palette in the Cancun Duty Free but passed on it. It was hard.


I had a horrible allergic reaction to some lobster that was hidden in a seafood casserole and am about back to normal a week later.


I use up dregs of products found around the house. Usually toothpaste, shampoos and body washes I usually chuck in the liquid soap dispensers. I do sometimes get asked why the soap is a funny colour though.


We want wedding details after the day, pictures too if possible.

It's actually one week today!!! Work has been horrific - 5am starts, looong days, lots of stress, and trying to juggle that with gym so that I can still (hopefully!) fit into my stupidly teeny dress has me on the edge at times! But other than that I am a picture of zen and serenity Just want the day to be here now. I have a couple of days off beforehand to try to de-stress, switch off fromwork, and pamper/catch up on sleep (nobody wants to be a bride with eye bags and dark circles, right?!). I'm actually away from work for a month in total so all the hard slog will hopefully pay off.

Aaaanyway... back OT! I'm rather struggling to keep up this month, and little time at home means little timefor pampering, so few UUS. However:

Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack 14ml - WNBA, this came in a gift set (sale pourchase, obvs!) and actually gave me puffy eyes (which I don't usually suffer from) - and long before the extreme burning-the-candle-at-both-ends started, so that can't be blamed. Repurposed as neck cream, at which it performed rather well!

77. L'Occitane Divine Eyes 1ml - WMBA, soothing and very rich, a little went a long way, but hard to see any real effects from just a few samples.

wondercollie - welcome back! Hope you had a lovely trip? We actually just booked to go to Cancun (very spur of the moment - I'm probably naughtier with unnecessary holidays than I am with toiletries, and that's saying something) at the end of August and I can't wait! Might pop along with some pics after the wedding if I can figure out how to upload (and conquer my shyness)

My hours at work went below 16 at the beginning of the year (they have just gone back up, yay!) and I decided against claiming JSA in the meantime because I just couldn't face having to sign on every fortnight again. At the planning stage.. Still reeling at the sheer size of it.

Think all the bottles that are nearing the end first- too tight to chuck them out. That should whittle away at it..

Found a few things that I will e-bay, only going to sell sealed items.
