Tips for drawing attention to parents house

Hi guys, first post.
My elderly parents (both in mid 70's) really need to sell their house so they can pay off their mortgage and my dad can stop working.
They have a very nice house, and it has been on the market for over 2 years now at a more than reasonable price, and they have gone through a number of estate agents, with very little interest.
I can't help but feel that they are doing something wrong, and I want to help.
Would you guys have any advice in this scenario, particularly interested in hearing about:
Anything at all basically, thanks very much in advance.

Would you guys have any advice in this scenario, particularly interested in hearing about:
- websites/forums where people buying and selling can talk to each other
- online resources where you can promote houses for sale
- anecdotal evidence on websites which promise to 'buy your house'
- information from people who have had success negotiating with the bank regarding elderly people being asked to pay substantial mortgage payments.
Anything at all basically, thanks very much in advance.

Generally, people start by recommending posting a link to the house here so we can see if there is any obvious causing lack of interest and make suggestions. If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0

Obviously your link didn't work but in general terms is the house very cluttered ? Often older people don't do themselves any favours trying to sell houses that literally have too much furniture and "stuff" . It's hard for family to see a family home objectively too.
EDIT I see it now...... Nice house, no photo of the garden and the other photos aren't good enough, I would discard this from the list due to lack of garden photo (4 beds it's a family house-families like gardens) and lack of floor plan & room sizes.
Have you stayed with the same agent the whole time ? The agent appears to be in Manchester but the house is in Bangor ?????? Why aren't they using a local agent !I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0
