This is not as simple as an on/off switch, believe me if it was, we would have switched it back on. We understand the issue is wide reaching and are working hard to fix it.

My original comment was along the lines of if tasks could disappear in afew minutes why would it take you weeks to put them back on.

I'm still opening the ticket back up again as again they have marked it as resolved lol

I'm not sure if I should be worried or not, that I have had a different reply from everyone else...

As for the casino tasks, I've not seen them for days. If I'm lucky I get about 2 investments tasks to do, and that's all.

I think all the problems are related and down to the ebay task but only CF know for sure.


the lack of casino tasks may or may not be related i usually wake to about a dozen or so but this morning nothing but VG got a reply saying a fix will be sooner rather than later so perhaps they are busy working on that.

Did anyone get any casino tasks and were able to do them ?

No, other than if I needed to I could reopen the ticket. I was going to just wait another few days. There seems little point in hounding them, when they already know there are problems.

They are aware that its affecting lots of people so thats reassuring

I'm still going to keep opening closed tickets just because the last time i had problems my account needed to be manually reviewed one fix suits all didn't work for mine.

I was waiting weeks before CF said mine would have to be manually reviewed as the usual review that they kept saying was being done wasn't working.

CF have now released the information about how they calculate information on levels - it's in their support section.

The accuracy percentages look reasonable but, oh man, just 1 flag from a task author and bam - no more level 2 or 3. Apparently they've been using these criteria (in secret) for a few months now, which might explain some of the problems people have been having.

Seems unreasonable, and I suspect that it won't be long before an incompetent or malicious task author creates major mayhem.

I can get casino tasks and investments sometimes some will say I've completed the investments.
