I did get a further reply from community support a generic one to my re opening my ticket

Hi

Your ticket is still active even in a Resolved state as the ticket is not closed. If you wish to update it with a message, you may type REOPEN TICKET in your message to us.

The issue you are experiencing is also experience by other Contributors, so the matter is not considered Resolved. We are working to find a solution for everyone.

Has the limit for PL changed for anyone else? ive only done 2 surveys and its saying my limit has been reached, usually it's 3 for me, or does it work on a every 24 hour basis?

No change here. I did 3 yesterday, 3 the day before and 3 the day before and I didn't hit a limit. I don't usually do them all the time though so that might be why?

no change noticed for me either for PL

its three every 24 hrs or has been for me

i did for example one at 8-9am and i might do a further two tonight. Then i have to wait until 8-9am tomorrow for new ones to appear.
I can usually time it exactly if i recall when i did the PL the previous day.

Its quite easy to do 3 in a day and its 150c or more in total so not too bad.

The tick box surveys are the best lol but they do usually want certain demographics.

does anyone know about the warning on the task page ?

We are aware of an issue with Jobs requiring you to complete many of the same Task (up to 10) for 1 payment. We are currently working on a fix and advise you to not work on Jobs that appear to have this problem.
