There's a message now when you log in to say that they are updating the checklist, which is why it's reset, but that it will be fixed in the next couple of hours. My balance is correct which is the main thing!

i replied re opened the message and will do so each time they attempt to close the message down.

they must know with the amount of messages that people have been sending that theres a problem its just a holding statment until they can work out whats happend.

I've done the same, I've told them it is clear that it was the EBay task that mucked things up and 'Please leave my ticket open as I do not consider it to be resolved. If I have to wait weeks for a reply that is fine, as long as when you reply it is actually fixed, and not just a generic window of time that never ends up being specific or accurate.' Ahh they really get my goat sometimes!

Yes, the lovely Kevin copied and pasted it to me too at 9:11pm! I think I may follow suit and re-open the support ticket.

Ironic really when they said this to me:

'Please note, moving forward we will not be addressing your messages with this copy/paste replies' Haha, oh the great language skills :rotfl:

Now they were talking about me copying and pasting messages to them but really it is possible they meant they weren't going to copy and paste messages to me anymore :rotfl: either way both cases are a lie, there is no way they will stop me copying and pasting until they just outright ban me!

After reopening the ticket had another reply

This is having a wide reaching affect and we hope to have this fix out sooner than later.

This is getting silly now, all of a sudden I can't access the casino tasks on any site. I clicked on one and it told me 'You don't meet the qualifications blah, blah, blah' and now they're not showing up in my available jobs at all, what the hell :huh:
