I checked (within 5 minutes) and the problem was solved. I have no idea why you would need to wait up to a week for it to be resolved, not when their system updates every 24 hours automatically anyway, at most it would be 24 hours. Sounds like a ploy to me that they will probably send to loads of people in the hope that we will shut up while they try and fix it. Fingers crossed they do sort it.

It is so useful to have this thread. I am finding the Clixsense Addon really good. It is easy to see when there are new tasks and surveys available and it is not obtrusive either.:)

Personally I removed it as I found I was waiting for things to load and it was this addon that was slowly me down, then again I need to delete some programs and spend some time on my laptop anyway!
