I've just had a reply from CF (useless as ever):

Thank you for writing in about not being able to access level jobs across all sites. Although you are seeing a level badge in your dashboard, the platform distributes levels to each contributor ID as a separate record and therefore there will be inconsistencies based on previous work history and performance of completed tasks on these specific sites.

We do realize that this experience is not ideal and we are working very hard on a fix. This fix should be rolling out within the next few week.

We appreciate your patience during this time and apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing as a result.

As always this doesn't explain anything, like why I have completed 22,000 of my 25,000+ tasks on Clixsense and apparently now my level doesn't work :rotfl: I can't pretend I care
