I use the same combination as you - Chrome - Santander - Virgin. No issues.
One thing I'd check would be Chrome - Settings - Advanced Settings - HTTPS/SSL and check that 'Check for server certificate revocation' is not selected.0 -
Nope. I'm with Virgin also...;)Terrysdelight wrote: »Yes, I'm on the phone to them now.
I'm wondering if it something to do with Virgin network.
I was thinking about the certificate permissions like fenlander, but not sure if that would affect all the browsers you've used. Worth a try though.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

No it wasn't selected.
Virgin have had a look and can't find anything wrong. Its strange. I don't have any probs with other sites and Santander are certain they don't have any problems.
If I do a computer reset to a couple of weeks ago - could this maybe help? Not that I know how to do this or what the implications are :eek:0 -
I have heard that ISP's can sometimes cache stuff you want to refresh. Seems a bit unlikely in this case, especially as others on Virgin are having no problem. Don't know if rebooting the Virgin router would force a refresh, but might be worth a shot...
Or if you can try your laptop on another internet connection and see if you still have the problem.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. If you do a 'System restore' it''s reversible if it doesn't solve the problem.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
