Please can I have this one instead, always wanted a beautiful (poss Georgian?) period property with high ceilings:

Needs a bit of work but could be gorgeous and for the same price as a 3 bed mid terrace brick cottage, looks a bargain!
What? Youd prefer to live in the ex- "Club Victoria"?? lol

That's a bit rude. As I've already said, I've no idea of the local area, so can't judge on that. However this property looked like it could make a stunning residence owing to the lovely architecture (IMHO). It would need a lot of work though.
Does it matter what the building used to be? My current house was a homage to the 70s, overlaid by years of cigarette smoke, when we bought it. It was priced accordingly, allowing us the extra cash to do it up to our own taste. The property I linked to would allow someone the same opportunity.0 -
I think the additional photos on the revised listing help to show off the bedrooms a bit better. I still think the children's beds and decor make those bedrooms look small and dislike the purple bedroom. So I would be thinking I need to redecorate all 3 bedrooms immediately.
The back yard looks bare and tatty, sorry. My eye was drawn to the patch of missing plaster (sorry if that's not what it is) next to the gate. I can see the lawn at the front better now, although it still doesn't look like anyone ever uses it as outside space, owing to the lack of other features, e.g. seat, flowers, pots, etc.
I like the addition of a floor plan. Hope you get some more viewings now. If not, then maybe consider some of the other advice that you were given, e.g. spend some time making the decor more neutral and show the other bedrooms as 'adult' rooms, with a full size bed in at least one of them.0
