You don't need a code. Do the below once your logged on to your Pruhealth accout

    1) Click Vitality partners on the right hand side

    2) Click the Fitbug option

    3) Tick the box at the bottom of the screen then 'sign up'

    4) Click the 'Pruhealth fitbug' button on the lower left hand side then just follow through till checkout.

The end of july was the end of my 3rd quarter with Pru, and I'm now in my 4th quarter (Aug-Oct), but for some bizzare reason, when I go onto my gym statement on vitality, it says I have no active gym benefit (although I've had it since day 1). Anyone else experienced this?

Also, I don't need to make my minimum number of visits this quarter do I, as the new system comes in before then...

    thanks for help!

Thanks redknap, but I was hoping for a promo code to give a discount off the £15 as there is the option to enter a code. Any codes out there?

If your gym benefits aren't showing on the site you really need to get onto customer services and get it sorted out...

    So is yours working OK?
My last quarter is Aug - Oct, have hit Platinum, maxed out Exercise category.
I know another member other than Firebird whose Gym benefits disappeared. Same situation as me.

Mine's fine. I'm also on my final quarter (July-September) and on Platinum with the exercise category maxed out on points. My gym benefit is still showing, and my visits are still showing up on my statement albeit being credited with 0 points each now. Unlike you, I'm still in the position of needing to clock up 26 visits in the quarter, because my next quarter starts in October before the new rules come in and I don't want to pay through the nose for October when I don't have to. But I doubt if that difference has anything to do with the fact that my gym benefit's showing up online and yours isn't - it should still be showing as a benefit, surely
