Can someone confirm that having two Private Health Insurance schemes won't cause dramas should you have to claim on one of them? I bought the Pru one just for the gym, but we already have PHI through work. The work one states something like, 'if there is another PHI then we will only pay our fair share'. The work one has an excess of £100 on a claim while the Pru one has £1000 which I obviously selected to keep the premiums down. I don't want to have to pay a grand if we need to use the healthcare just because I am forced to use both. I mean, I would just use the work one if possible, but could I be forced to use the Pru one too for a claim?

Contribution would apply, so whichever policy you used, that insurer would seek an equal contribution form the other policy. Of course this only applies if both policies cover the procedure you've had done. You would have no say on this.
  • Decide to take the offer through Quidco as it gives me £85 cash back. Finish all the procedures and got confirmation by email of receiving applications. But when checking on Quidco, it dose not show anything at all.

Dose transaction take some time to appear? Or I have done sth wrong?!

Want to raise an inquiry but was told T have to wait for 4 months?! By then I will be 4month in contract with Pru and might be just too late?

New to cash backs and please help.

    Thanks.

Was it PruHealth, or Boots health insurance? Check your confirmation email. If it is Boots, it probably won't track...

It takes 120 days from when your membership commences for the money to show in your quidco account. If you try and raise a ticket you will see that it has been tracked because it will be on your list.

Do you mean that even if it is not shown as Tracked, it will show up after 120 days? Is this what happened in your case?

I was trying to raise the ticket, but was told that must allow 120days before doing that.

Would appreciate if you could clarify for me. Thanks.

That's exactly what I meant. I joined in August and expecting it to show up this month. It's been so long I can't even remember how much it is for lol

Thanks.Yours would be £115 as I read somewhere in this thread. Good luck and please lets us know when you get it.

Did you find it difficult to maintain 2+ visits per week to Gym?
  • I joined online on the 19th of November, did not recieve membership pack. Called on 28th November was told it would be resent. Still not recieved it just recieved a letter today informing me that I'd recieve a pack by December 5 th and if not I should call them again.

Called again to be told that pack would be sent overnight but not given reason as to where the other 2 packs have gone. I am worried as I want to know how the vitality program works and am worried about the current status of gym visits as they have supposedly only registered 4 visits according to agent and I need the pin to enter the site.
