Bored of the tittle tattle now, can we just get back to PruHealth discussions?
My fitbug should have arrived today, will give it a try this weekend to see if cycling with it attached to a leg registers as activity
Hi Sly,
I've tried it before and it does work, the nearer your foot the better, i just put mine in my sock. However you may have the new improved fitbug, which i have not seen yet. I'd be interested to know if its any good, so please us know how you get on.0 -
I had 14 points left to get to maintain my platinum status. I have managed to go to the gym 15 times already in July (for a shower. I am 36 weeks pregnant dont fancy running on the treadmill!). As I am probably delivering baby in first week in August I didn't know how I was going to get them before renewal (middle of august).
I bought a pedometer that will link with my wii console on ebay for £5.19 and it SAYS that things in the sporting goods category will get 40 points. Does anyone know how long ebay takes to go on?? I am panicking it wont be quick enough and almost have my keys in my hand to go to sainsburys for £28 worth of fruit and veg!!
I have done all the education/nutirtion clicys i am allowed to so now keep logging on every day checking if ebay went on and it's taking ages!!
Congratulations you have done very well getting to platinum while pregnant!
I would chase it up with Pruhealth if i were you, give them a call and ask them to look into it. They recalculate your premium about 10 days after your renewal date to allow points to filter through usually. It was 5.19 not including the postage i take it? Assuming it was i am sure you will be fine, you will be able to prove it to them anyway with your emailed reciept from ebay.0 -

Have you had a flu vaccination? thats 100 points!Cider Country Solar PV generator: 3.7kWp Enfinity system on unshaded SE (-36deg azimuth) & 45deg roof0 -
Yes it was £5.19 with free postage so all is well I just hope they come through in time! If not I will email them the receipt.
Can't have flu vaccination and can't have a smear both of which would have got me 100 points. That fruit and veg is starting to look very promising ha ha ha ha ha. Wish frozen stuff counted I just bought a new chest freezer lol.0 -

As you can see in all his posts, PMISpecialist has now been pulled up over rule breaking:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE Forum Team
So hopefully this public shot across his bows (and deletion of his recent touting posts) will have the desired affect, and your wish will be granted!0 -
Hopefully this thread can now continue without being tainted by touting for business.
PMIspecialist please continue to post as your posts are no doubt helping other MSE members, now the touting has been stopped Quentin, I and the other MSE members will leave you alone now.
Please don't send PMs touting for business.
Thanks MSE for ensuring the integrity of MSE for us all.0 -

I fear that PMISpecialist has chosen to blow a raspberry over the sig problem, and instead of toeing the line has merely changed the wording! He doesn't look as though his touting days are over just yet!0 -
Hello, I'm a bit of a lurker on this site usually, but I'm very interested in changing my healthcare to Pru Health, like the idea of gym and Champneys perks etc. What is the best way to find out quotes and join?0

Surely not a lame attempt to get PMISpecialist to bite!
If not, you could get a small amount of cashback from quidco et al. You would get much more from him. Many here have and been very pleased with his help.0
