You are quite happy to break the no advertising rules here and put this advert for your brokerage in every post.
You cannot even see the hypocrisy of claiming you obey the FSA regulations yet refuse to obey the MSE rules as it suits you!0 -
I read this thread to get updated on the latest Pruhealth info. But it seems to just be a sniping thread now. Can you all stop it and get back to being useful. Thanks.0

Well said morven caller.
I will be unsubscribing from this thread soon if all this arguing doesn't stop.
Sometimes PMISpecialist offers useful info but this should be done freely and not as PMs and not by promoting his business and implying that he can bget better deals.
It is actually a pretty simple process that anyone can manage themselves. I signed up via a cashback site and got £85 cashback (much more than PMIS offers). I then read the info on the vitality pojts system and got to platinum reasonably quickly by reading articles, going to the gym, having assessments etc. It is not difficult. If some people choose to go through a "specialist" that is up to them, but this website should not allow posts that promote a particular specialist that is not offering the best deal.
Can't we get one of the MSE team to read this whole thread and make an executive decision on whether PMIS is allowed to promote himself. If not, bar him.

I agree. But would you agree to this rogue trader being just given an unchallenged platform here to tout his business, break the rules and abuse the pm system?
If you are happy for this to continue, how long before MSE just turns into a free for all for anyone wanting free advertising for their business in the guise of offering a so called unbeatable deal?0 -
You have now taken to advertising your qualifications in every post you make. On top of this you cynically post your deals and make use of the pm system to tout for business.
As posted, you claim to obey FSA rules, but cannot obey forum rules!
And I am not an IFA, and never claimed to be one. But your criticism of them, and personal abuse is hardly professional, and does seem to show the rest of us some of your true colour.
I am an IFA and I specialise in Health Insurance - I know the score about PruHealth as much as anyone. I do not understand this chaps angle.
Even some of the enquirers are recognising his cheek - "Sometimes PMISpecialist offers useful info but this should be done freely and not as PMs and not by promoting his business and implying that he can bget better deals " (Zebedy).
All you out there who recognise he helps out - you do see he also PMs them for new business too?? Desperate.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Thank you for recognising i can be "sometimes useful".
Interesting post, do you mind me checking on what you just said? As i am not aware of a better deal and will gladly still help people and then advise them to go for the better deal via cashback site if what you said is true.
How much is your premium?
Which cashback site(s) is it? How long did it take to come through?
Is it a straight £85, does that differ i.e. is it a percentage.0 -
I'll answer this one query but am not going to get into ongoing communication with you PMISpecialist.
It was a straight £85 cashback and I now pay £5.25 per month and have the policy and the use of my local Cannons gym.
This website is about sharing - sharing money saving tips freely with other so they can also take advantage of them. It is not about selling them.
Folks who join this thread should be aware that they can eaily take advantage of the loophole on their own, and save money. it is not very complicated and in my opinion the "help" of a specialist is not required.MS Stalwart. Thats convienient you won't talk to me anymore and you coulden't answer any of the questions. So the name of the cashback site is a secret your not going to tell us so we can't check this.
You also won't tell your original premium so we can't compare the cashback. Most of us in our 2nd + years are paying around a fiver and get free/very cheap gym thats the big selling point no matter who you go through.
However as a very rough rule of thumb your premium is usually 10% of what it was in the first year so estimating your premium is £52.50 (please feel free to correct me) the cashback via a broker offering 30% of your annual premium cashback would be 52.5 x 12 = 630 -5% IPT (insurance premium tax) = 598.5 - 70% = £179.55 cashback in 6 weeks (Plus all the extra information etc) how is that not a better deal than £85 cashback in how long again? With no extra info?
Nice try! Did you mistake 30% of your annual premium for £30 by any chance??0 -
Two years ago when I signed up to PruHealth, I got £115 through quidco. They just don't offer such a good bribe these days
Bored of the tittle tattle now, can we just get back to PruHealth discussions?

I had 14 points left to get to maintain my platinum status. I have managed to go to the gym 15 times already in July (for a shower. I am 36 weeks pregnant dont fancy running on the treadmill!). As I am probably delivering baby in first week in August I didn't know how I was going to get them before renewal (middle of august).
I bought a pedometer that will link with my wii console on ebay for £5.19 and it SAYS that things in the sporting goods category will get 40 points. Does anyone know how long ebay takes to go on?? I am panicking it wont be quick enough and almost have my keys in my hand to go to sainsburys for £28 worth of fruit and veg!!
I have done all the education/nutirtion clicys i am allowed to so now keep logging on every day checking if ebay went on and it's taking ages!!0
