I've now been activated. However, I'm not sure if I have just received activation or whether it happened a few days ago. I presumed that when the phone was activated that I would have some calling credit. But, I now realise that it still says I have no calling credit, but goes on to say that I have my bundle. I've tested the phone and everything works. I have my minutes and internet. So - bye bye incompetent O2 - who told me that if I couldn't access the internet that my phone must be faulty and that I should return it.0

Can you check online to find out how many minutes you have?0

Not sure about bundle minutes, but you can set up an online account. http://www.phoneshopbysainsburys.co.uk/faqs/view/id/250 -
I've been asked by SbM to dial 121 to pick up a. voice message . If I do so, can they send a paper bill to the address they sent the free sim to?0

After a quick call to CS, I was told activation was a totally automated service and if after a week nothing's happened, they would manually make it active. Can't really complain as it's free. C'mon Friday.0

Anybody with any remaining un-activated Sainsbury's SIMs remember to get them activated as the free bundle offer ends today.
I really hope they repeat this offer soon.
