How many properties did you view before buying?

It's such a drag going to viewings, there was a time when you can view several properties in one visit with the same agent but unfortunately my budget doesn't allow this.
I know it's a necessity and a 'how long is a piece of string' type question, but I'd like to know how many properties you viewed before you brought.
What I'm learning is EA's are starting to p me off, not getting back to me when they say they will, not being flexible enough with viewing times, not emailing me the details and expecting me to memorise it and lying about the length of lease!

we viewed about 14 in total in 3 different areas. Settled for the area closer to where we're already living as it felt 'right'.0

Was this not draining?
I've only viewed one so far this year (viewed before few years ago when my circumstances were different), got another one this weekend and already I've found it annoying.
D'oh! I just re-read and you said 4 months.0 -
