Morning all,
I am off work today, had no childcare, and boy was it freezing on the school run this morning, very hard frost overnight.
Sun was shining however once I got home so I stuck the towels in the washer, but the sun has vanished now, it's all grey lol, but they are getting a good blow on the line, I will stick them on the radiators later.
Managed a couple of survey's this morning, so I have my next £2.50.
Just made some pizza dough (haven't made any in ages!) to make some calzone pizza's for mine and OH's lunches for work.
I hope everyone is having a good day xxDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

Washing is now inside as it's looking like rain, and it's gone freezing again, so they are on my radiator's, it smells lovely, I love the smell of fresh air on the washing.
Calzone's made, they are a success woo-hoo, I was slightly concerned as I hadn't made them in ages. So I am looking forward to my lunch tomorrow already haha xxDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

I just make the pizza dough in my Bread Maker.
Then I use this pizza sauce recipe:
Serves: 8
175g (6 oz) tomato puree
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
300ml (10 fl oz) water
Mix together the tomato puree and olive oil. Mix well. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, basil and rosemary. Mix well and gradually add the water, stopping when you've reached your desired consistency. Let stand for several hours to let the flavours blend. No cooking necessary, just spread on pizza base.
That makes enough for a few pizza's. I often make a double batch and freeze it in little tubs which each tub makes 2 Calzone's, the tub's are probably 50-75ml in capacity?
Then for the filling's I just put whatever we like in, I often have mine just with grated cheese, OH likes ham and olives in his.
This is where I got the instructions on the Calzone's
We love them for lunchesxx

Thank you xx
OH took it to garage this morning, and the guys said it was the temperature sensor, he's fixed it and it was £85 which is sooooooo much better than what OH was imagining, for some reason OH can't quite believe that's all that was wrong with it lol don't know why, but we have it back and it's not making the horrible noise, and the lights not on the dash etc, so fingers crossed thsts all it was
Put it on the credit card cos we didn't have £85 spare, but I will pay that off as soon as we get paid at end of the month xxDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)
