Bought a bargain last night, I'm getting the kids kindle fire kids for their birthdays, my friend text to tell me they had come back down in price, from £100 to £79.99, and I had £45 Amazon vouchers, so got one for £34.99 woo hoo. And got the other one for £79.99 I didn't want to risk leaving it to go back up in price even though I didn't need them till March and April, so cost me £115 for 2 when it would have been £200Debt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

Well done on the bargain hunting. As well as OPing the mortgage we are in the process of doing our house up. My bargain of the week was by using vouchers and coupons I bought £51 worth of stuff yesterday from Homebase but only had to actually pay £11...I love it when you get stuff you need/want and it doesn't cost as much as it should.0

Well donethat's a good saving. I love it as well when you get things you need for cheaper than they should be
Done my surveys this morning, I am 25 points shy of £2.50, might have a look later, I might not though lol
It's freezing here, very hard frost overnight, OH is going out with his friend today, DS wants to watch the Harry Potter movies so think I will have a chilled out day with the kids watching HP and eating popcorn
I need to do my menu for this week, and then the A@DA order, I think it is going to be an expensive week, we need a lot of bulky things.

Afternoon all
Got another survey through to my email, so did that while was chilling with the kids, so I got another £2.50 redeemed.
Decided to call my total paid off for February as I won't be able to overpay anymore this month (this weekend is the last weekend shopping out of this month's budget and its maxed)
So in the month of Feb we have paid off £611.51 making the total paid off for 2016 £1357.46 Woo Hoo!!!Debt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

Awesome job on the OPing, well done!
I do a lot of surveys as well. If you are looking for any new sites then I can refer you to Valued opinions if you want. Their surveys tend to be a little longer but they pay well, most of the surveys I do for them are £1 or more. If you're interested just PM me. Also OnePoll, which is a bit like have your say, the surveys are really quick and pay 10p-50p per survey. Valued Opinions I cash out every other month and one poll is probably once every 3 months but it all adds up0 -
I do ipoll which is pretty good, I've earned £18 in 2 months, you can cash out via PayPal at various stages, $25 dollars which is about £17. I'm gonna leave mine till the end of the year I think and use it towards chrimble. I also do crowdology but that's a lot quieter but you can cash out anytime after £4.
I think I'll take a look at onepoll! I don't like swagbucks I find it too hectic and buggy.:staradmin :staradmin Emergency Fund @ £300 Non CCJ Debts x 7 @ £2782/ £4055 PAID! No I agree about swagbucks, I tried it but I lost the will to live after watching all those bloody videos. If you want referring to onepoll then let me know...I would get a 50p bonus plus a £1 bonus when you hit £20. Jut PM me if you are interested.0

Thanks both, yeah I gave up on swagbucks, got timed out of too many surveys all the time and I CBA to watch the videos to try and hit the daily target, plus I can't commit to doing them every day which you need to with SBs to get the bonuses
I will check out the one's you's mentioned, but at the min I am happy just doing OW I make about £7.50 a week on them (I say week, it's four day, I only do them thur-sun (my days off work) as after work I cant be bothered lol), and pre christmas I was doing them and SBs and lost the will to live lol
Just done my weekly meter readings and nearly died lol we've spent £50 on gas and electric this week!!! It has been cold, we've had snow and ice most weeks, but the electric is the most we've ever spent! OH has been off work all week, and he's a !!!!!! for putting the eletric heaters on in the garage for 12 hours a day (his man cave) so I've told him no more!!!
OH is about to do some crafting with the kids for his dad's birthday and I am going to hideway in the bedroom playing a computer game (bliss) lol, then will crack on with the sunday dinner

Morning all,
Survey Gods shone down on me today lol, so I just redeemed points for a £2.50 voucher
Updated my signature as my mortgage has been updated, Soooooo close to the £80k's that's gonna be awesome, think it will be another four months and it will hit the £80k's
Got some invite replies back for my son's birthday party, I am so nervous about it lol it's the first party he's had, so so far (including my kids) there are 11 going, I think that's a good number, it's not for another 16 days so some more people might reply, so it's currently looking like it will cost me £71.50 (it's £6.50 per child), we've already paid £20 deposit so that's cool
I have a million and one dishes to do lol, so I better get on and do them, then update my bills

Interesting thread. I'm amazed you always sound so chilled. And manage to put time into increasing your income even though you have two tiny children to look after.0
