Well done on the holiday savings, that's a fair old sum in both of the pots :T

I feel your pain with the calories - in fact any diet :rotfl: If I don't think about food and just eat I'm fine, but as soon as I start calorie counting and thinking about my meals I'm constantly hungry and never seem to lose anything either.

Shame about your team at work especially if it's a good one and you all gel. It's not always the case is it, although usually it's 'just one' :D

    Have a lovely day. xx

Sorry about the bad news. It is awful when you really enjoy your colleagues and have to move.

I can't eat enough calories at the minute. I have the opposite issue, which seems to not be an issue, but really does stress me out a lot. I want to look healthy and it's not really happening at the minute. x

    That garlic chicken sounds fab.

I made my own vegan and gluten free naan bread yesterday which ended up tasting amazing and better than the shop bought garlic naan that my partner had. (He was taking mine so mine must have been better!).

It was super tasty Nik Nak, I made the sauce again and we had it with Steak and Chips, it was lush!!!

Ohhh I've never made Naan before, is it hard to do??

Morning everyone, sorry I have been a bit quiet.

I jumped on the scales this morning which I should't have yet lol, but I am pleased to see my weight has finally moved (I had stayed the same first week, and put 0.5 on the second week despite sticking to it 100%!) I stopped taking Co-Codemol (I have shin splints and mam had given me some of her strong ones from the dr) and am just taking paracetamol for the pain, so I think that has helped cos (tmi) it was bunging me up lol

Just moved some money into cyprus savings and centre parcs savings, that's centre parcs savings all complete :)

Not much planned today, a bit of housework and crochet, have a good day all xx

Naan isn't that hard to make, no. I put garlic and vegan cheese in that had garlic and herbs in so it was lovely.

    Enjoy the long weekend. x
