I tried Vectone for a few months but before I go on
==A HANDY TIP remember to turn off your data before you top up as an app my us that connection as soon as you top up so you no longer have £10 credit==
First month I had a good internet connection and plenty fast enough to stream moves in HD. I decided to see just how far I could push the "Unlimited data" and at around 2gb connection started to become trouble some. Often having to turn data on and off a few times before it would connect. From then it was slower and after another 500mb that was about it ..... OK to be fair to Vectone many companies say Unlimited BUT within fair usage which I think is a load of B....S...
Second month top up should be all reset but it didn't appear to be. I could connect but with same problem as after the 2gb of first month and same sort of speed.
But here is my biggest concern about Vectone PRICING there pricing doesn't make sense. Example top up £10 and text code to get there bundle you get (so they say) Unlimited Calls, Texts and Data
But they have a special offer (ends 31/oct) to top up £20 and get unlimited free data ????? WHAT but the above bundle for £10 gives me that or is there difference between Data and Free Data... and isn't that illegal advertising something as an offer implying its cheaper that isn't
Myself I think they are offering packages they simple don't have to resources to supply a not uncommon tac tic used by companies to max profits at the expense of customers Example airlines over booking seats0 -
Hello
I plan to suscribe to a Vectone monthly deal at £10
But I'm not sure I want to stay with them for a long time. I don't understand the terms of this kind of contract. Do you think it's possible to quit whenever I want ?
Sorry for my English, I'm French

>> Terms and Conditions The Minimum Term is 1 month.
Thats for pay monthly only.
You can PAC out or close payg instantly just call them or email. Email may take longer but when I called them 2/3 times you get poor spoken and underztanding of English.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
Ok. Thank you0

Please help me I don't understand !!
Now I'm a new customer on Vectone mobile.
I've checked my account Vectone Balance with my telephone and I've seen this message : "Your remaining out of plans allowance is £10.000". What does it mean ? I don't understand the term: "remaining out of plans allowance". Does it mean If I quit Vectone I'll have to pay £10.000 ?
I've just signed for a monthly payment (£10 per month). But what if I want to stop or switch to another supplier ?
Please help me to understand because I'm French and it sounds very scary. Are you sure I can cancel my monthly payment without problem or something to pay ?0 -
It means your account currently has £10 of credit available that you can convert into a bundle if you wish. Otherwise you pay the standard out-of-bundle rates as shown on the website.
If you want to cancel, you need to give 30 days notice as explained above. No charge is made for leaving. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Thank you so much Macman. your reply is very helpful for me.
As I don't speak english fluently some terms (like "remaining out of plans allowance" or "bundles") are sometimes very obscure and difficult to understand to me…
Cheers !0 -

If so, no notice is needed for leaving.
I see they offer both PAYG with optional bundles and "Pay Monthly Plans".0 -
I have a "Pay Monthly Plan". I suscribed to the "All In One only £10 a month" (without commitment), with 500
minutes UK + International, 1000 UK texts… I just received the sim card today and just putted it into my phone. I haven't activate my Vectone account yet.
Now I think without I do anything, they will charge me £10 every month until I decide to cancel the monthly debit by informing them by email or phone. And without any charge. Right ?
I don't understand why the message I read when I checked my balance account was : Your remaining out of plans allowance is £10.000". Why £10.000 ??0
