I purchased some shopping vouchers off 1 of the sellers auctions listed below other auctions,im now very worried i may of been conned because after close inspection of his feedback he seems to have been dealing with other sellers who are now no longer registered with ebay,eg he has been purchasing vouchers from other members and these members have been buying bidding on his auctions, also he has already sold and is selling hugh amounts of popular vouchers cheaper than most on ebay, usually im very cautious about these things but i made mistake and rushed into buying also the paypal buyer protection of £150 was a sweetner, seller said he would post 1st class recorded yesterday mon 2nd but ive not received,if i dont get tomorrow would it be a idea to file a not received dispute?then maybe ill have chance of cashback ? please check this sellers feedback/history and any advice would be greatly apreciated.

Ok, the feedback is a worry, but you do know we've just had a postal strike and there's a bit of a backlog, don't you?My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

Ok, I've had a bit of a look through the items he's sold.
I can see that your seller bought a TV from one guy, who also bought vouchers from your seller. Other than that, I can't see any other examples of mutual sales, or any of the people he's purchased from bidding on his own items. My TV is broken!

I'd point out you cannot open a dispute until after 8 days (or is it now 10, I can't remember).
Also, 1st class does not guarantee next day delivery.
I'd just chill out a while, keep the BP down, and see what happens. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -

Hopefully.
You should always fund your pp payments with a credit card, so that you can take it up with your provider if paypal let you down.My TV is broken!

For future reference, you can get around that by paying the funds to a friend's account, paying for your item, then getting your friend to refund you.My TV is broken!

stay calm - we have had two days with no post office because of floods, one day sorting office strike and another morning when post office closeed due to strike - and two days with no receipt of post - all over the last week and yesterday morning!! People are still rowing to work in Doncaster!! I got a letter today that was posted last monday.I purchased some shopping vouchers off 1 of the sellers auctions listed below other auctions,im now very worried i may of been conned because after close inspection of his feedback he seems to have been dealing with other sellers who are now no longer registered with ebay,eg he has been purchasing vouchers from other members and these members have been buying bidding on his auctions, also he has already sold and is selling hugh amounts of popular vouchers cheaper than most on ebay, usually im very cautious about these things but i made mistake and rushed into buying also the paypal buyer protection of £150 was a sweetner, seller said he would post 1st class recorded yesterday mon 2nd but ive not received,if i dont get tomorrow would it be a idea to file a not received dispute?then maybe ill have chance of cashback ? please check this sellers feedback/history and any advice would be greatly apreciated.

As an old buyer (400+), and very rare seller (5 items sold in 6 years), I am very careful with sellers feedback. In this case I think his feedback looks OK, and can't see anything that would get any of my bells ringing. JMHO
I'll say this though; he ain't half sold a lot of these high value cards/vouchers in the last week, and at what look like a great saving, too.
My question would be, where do buyers get these cards/vouchers in bulk amounts? He's got a few grand coming to him in the next few days. If it's all above board, it looks a pretty lucrative business.
To the OP, I hope it's just the post and the weather and that you do get your stuff.
