scammer or seller??

Whilst this looks very dodgy I would just point out that a genuine recorded delivery number would also show as 'come back later' until recipient signs for delivery, so that in itself does not prove the number is false. However until it shows delivery the seller will lose a paypal claim regardless of whether or not they are a scammer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You should get a refund from paypal even if the scammer gets away with the cash. I noticed that someone has posted his name and address in the (ever increasing) negative feedback!0

It is best to be realistic about paypal, the basic £150 protection usually relies on ebay managing to recover funds from the seller. That will depend on how quickly the seller withdrew the funds and how quickly they are likely to reach the 'safe' bank account.
That's why regular users on here, myself included, usually suggest backing all paypal payments by credit card as you can always fall back on the CC company if paypal can't recover funds.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Having said that, if it's not going to arrive anyway then what does it matter?
I guess what i really meant was it looked suspicious from the start lol , and i wouldnt have considered bidding( no offense meant ) !0 -

Usually im more careful than this but i seen there was buyer protection and quickly glanced at feedback,to be honest i started getting supicious at weekend,i asked seller to post on monday he agreed, then tuesday i asked if he had sent he said he hadnt but had posted tuesday before i mailed him,i asked for tracking number, never sent me it even though he had said he had posted,i realised then chances were i had been scammed,i posted on here asking for opinions and looking back at begining of thread most replies said not to worry, then day after negs were been left for him,the russian b*stard:mad:
ps lesley1960,you say looked supisious from start, not everyone thought so,look back to begining of thread and see others opinions before seller was exposed as a scamster mmmmm, its easy now to say auction was supicious!!0 -
Looking back at his feedback looks like he's done this before under a different name bandera010882 but on a smaller scale. Still vouchers and phones with similar photos. This name is no longer registered but I wonder how much he made out of this scam? He's now got 14 negs but still registered!
Did you ever phone the mobile number on the listing?0 -

Have you noticed how the names' porterlok32
, aurjinder
and
brova30 have used the same feedback comments on bandera010882 feedback page?
Looking at aurjinder's sales on goofbay he's also another voucher seller but he could be genuine. The Female of the Species is More Deadlier than the Male.0
