Their website states they're ceasing operations - as of this evening (my phones already not working)

    PAC code request form
To request a PAC code please complete the form below. There is no need to request a PAC code if you do not wish to keep your number. We will arrange for your PAC code to arrive as quickly as possible but there is a high demand for this service.

    +1

Any recommendations for a VERY light user? (i.e. basically emergency use only)

Am guessing back to GiffGaff, but not checked out latest offerings....

What a scam & waste of money! I only just bought my Dad a sim for his birthday (yes, weird present, but he asked me for one after I was saying what a brilliant scheme it was)!

And after all the recent brilliant promotions they've been having, too (free cinema tickets for signing up, plus listing on cashback sites), they must have known they were going bust and wanted to fleece a last injection of money out of people? Disappointed is not the word :(:mad::mad:

Ok... this sucks! I received my sim 4 days ago, and have yet to use any of my allowance as I was having issues getting the data to work. Does anyone know whether I could get a refund via my credit card company? As I'm still within their 7 or 14 day returns policy.
