This will (probably) last until the next new attempt to register on the network.

So you might avoid turning the phone off just for curiosity to see how long it lasts, but a moment with no coverage might kill it.

No, I've just moved an Ovivo sim into an old phone to allow the user to have a sim with outgoing calls and the Ovivo sim is still receiving calls and texts in the old phone.

It's the lack of notice that really gets me, it's left me and my daughter with no mobile until I can get my hands on new sims. She's out tonight with a friend, lets hope she doesn't need to contact me urgently as she will have no service!

I noticed when I tried to activate the SIM card I just received.
There is any way to recover the £20? The support email address doesn't work any more. I didn't activate it, I am still in the cooling off period and I paid with credit card (but section 75 is for +£100).
I guess the answer is no. But I would really like to know how to get the money back, they obviously knew when I applied 4 days ago... If the company doesn't exist any more, who should you take to court?

Having seeing Martin Lewis promote this company during his daybreak slot a week or so back, I purchased a sim, and received it a few days later.

I also just had my old mobile ported over yesterday, but five days later find that they are closing.

Do we get a refund of the credit that is sitting there on our accounts ? Doubt it !

£20 for five days service is expensive.

their support email address is closed, as is calls to 263 from mobile.

Martin Lewis - what do yo suggest ?

Use a different network. -Theres nothing anyone can do, OVIVO have gone.

At least the are pro-actively offering PACs. I've seen companies on here go bust and leave users without an easy way of taking their number.

I've had one for almost a year so got my money's worth but bought one for my parents just recently so they've not had much use if it. So annoying but also on the lookout for another mobile with very low charges for occasional use
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time

I'm a talk talk customer. Just bought a sim on a monthly contract for 6 months reduced to £5 for the first 6 months. 500 minutes, 1GB of data, can't remember how many texts. This will tide me over until I find another suitable deal. Delivery is usually quick so hopefully Friday.

Only recently they were seeking £3,000,000 to expand
