Well, I'm pretty sure I am in credit. If I'm not, if I ever get a final bill and in debit, will make sure they run hard after their money!

Can a 'switch' happen before one's old supplier not paid what one owes them?????

But its so unfair because they will only report you to a credit reference agency.

This is a very good site for working out your energy costs. If you know your start readings and end ones. Also the date you started with EE and it will work the bill out for you.

Im in credit not by that much, but the next 6 months will see a very large surplus on my account which I dont think im willing to allow. Has anyone tried lowering their DD with EE?
As for reporting you to a Credit Reference agency/debt collection, lets just say they cant if no bill is produced. Not to say this outfit wont try though!
I havent had a reply in regards to the missing gas meter reading section where you input them? Where has it gone, maybe EE are going to provide me with free gas.

EE, you need to start reassuring your customers from today as your behavior is very unacceptable.

EE was actually worth £-1,792,358 in Dec 2013 which doesnt mean much as it was a new setup. Next accounts are due late September 2015. It will certainly be interesting to see what the sums are then. Im not satisfied EE have enough money to cover all creditors if it were to cease trading. As creditors you would get back your money but only once the big wigs have had their share form the pot if there was one. In Dec 2013 EE net worth dropped & liabilities increased along with cash reserves which I presume will be from us little customers paying in money and getting no bills.
  • Seems Jo Robertson head of Extra Energy is to gutless to come post here again with a long awaited apology to her unhappy customers. It's not like it is just one or two un happy customers now heh ? Probably to busy writing more bulls**t on her profile.

The person who was meant to be helping me has given up answering my emails and he was meant to be one of the top ones in Birmingham.

However when I rang the other day the advisor has never heard of him.

If the EE rep is still monitoring this forum, might I suggest you use this website to produce some final bills. You could then write a manual cheque for our overpayments.

If you had any interest in Customer Care you would do this.

But of course if there's not enough money in the bank ......

worryingly, Which? magazine has mentioned EE a few times now as having the best tariffs available in recent months. they have said they are new to the market & reviews are therefore limited. i've just messaged Which? & sent them a link to this thread, should give them an idea of what current customers think & hopefully they'll stop mentioning them!

i see nothing positive has happened since i last popped in here, quite the opposite in fact, & the reps have disappeared again too...bit of a recurring theme going on i think.

like many others, i'm on the hunt for another provided now as there's no way I want to be building up any credit with this lot. GET OUT NOW just has to be the message based on latest posts.
