DO NOT SWITCH TO THEM. All of us who have are sorry! You will not get any bills. If you want to switch you have to beg and chase them for your final bill for weeks on end. Customer service is a joke they just fob you off. Stay well clear0 -

where did you get the deal from? and what are the unit prices like?
stay well clear they are not a good company0 -
I signed up today as they were the cheapest for me and prices fixed until sept 2015! I only found them on go compare, not on money supermarket or youswitch. Hope they turn out to be a good company.
They are not a good company, you will be sorry. Refer to the last pages of this thread for all the horror stories regarding EE0 -
I am approaching my first anniversary with EE. I have paid in approaching £1700 by DD and have received little to nothing by way of a 'Bill' for the year's usage.
The only time I received anything at all was in November 2014, when - having pressured their Customer Services by phone - I was given a bland monetary figure. No formula (eg. Gas Conversion Factor applied etc.), nor any workings were given.
The company seems to neither know, nor care, what they're doing.
I regularly provide customer readings to their minimalist website, which to their credit they record, but don't appear to act upon.
The next hilarious chapter occurred today, when attempting to log on to their website. My provider notifies me that their website (safety) certificate expired on the 03 March 2015 (!!) and that I must consider whether it is safe to log onto them.
I think that says it all..........0 -

They are incapable of producing bills. Cancel your DD and switch before they owe you even more money. Kiss your £1700 goodbye, cut your losses. You will not get a final bill0 -

I did not ever get a bill, waiting (like many others) for my final bill. I was only with them for a few months so I paid them over £600 in DD. I'm sure I am in credit, if they ever send me a bill.
£1700 payment relates to cloudhopper2015 post0 -
My mum in laws account shows £920 credit and she joined in May 2014 and never received a bill. However I worked her bill out and she is in fact now £450 debit. Obviously they are not bothered.0

I had an acknowledgement on 25th October 2014 of my dual fuel move from Eon that was going to save me £258 per year! Sent them a reminder in January inquiring what was going on. And another one today. Am I the only one this has happened to?0

Well, I'm pretty sure I am in credit. If I'm not, if I ever get a final bill and in debit, will make sure they run hard after their money!0
