Just echoing what has already been said, still awaiting a final bill for my parents as they believe they could be as much as £100+ in credit due to them being away from home for a bit of the year. The only person who I am getting replies off from emailing them is a Despina Singh??
And even then its just replies saying that my complaint is with the complaints manager, who is either the most incompetent complaints manager in the country or ignoring me!
This company should be shut down as the word cowboys doesnt do them justice0 -
@ zonecrew Check your PM.0

zonecrew, go with "you'reavinalaff"'s suggestion in your PM, it worked for me (though I've yet to get my money back, it's been only a few days)“And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.”

Warning. Extra Energy has the WORST results in our new customer service feedback poll -0 -
When you join them they sound amazing, BUT, once you're in for the year, you can't contact them. You'll spend DAYS listening to classical music on any of their numbers, and if you send them an email - you'll get an automated response, but little else. If you find you've overpaid, then you're in for a long wait to get it back!
I've just transferred out to Swalec as their prices are only £3 a month different, but at least you can CONTACT them! It's a bit like trying to speak to Angela Merkel!:mad:0 -
That's true, It was Martin Lewis who was telling everyone what a wonderful company they were. Little did we know........0

There more chance of you contacting Angela Merkel and geting your money back . . . . . .0

Maxwell, I don't think you can charge them a flat £5 a day because you would have to prove loss and with interest rates what they are at present you couldn't justify it. They told me two to three weeks one week ago. I gave them a deadline of 7th December for Ombudsman/Small Claims in my most recent communication which was seven weeks from my initial complaint.“And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.”
