My final bill got generated last week. I only left them in February so they were pretty quick in generating it (/sarcasm)
Sadly it got generated about a month before the back billing code would have kicked in0 -
Finally had a response to my query about problems with entering meter readings - only took just over a month and now too late as I've switched away. I was also surprised to find that, if I had stayed, my standing charge would now be over 50p per day per fuel.0

6th October decided to leave EE. Was in credit. 21st October still in credit and confirmation that I have left them, final bill, still in credit. Yesterday still in credit received final threatening letter saying they have referred me to a debt collection agency and are applying for an entry warrant. THEY OWE ME MONEY! Stressed doesn't cover it. Hopefully will laugh my socks off about this one day - how about when I get my £37 back!!!! Please do not consider this shower of @$%*!0

Oh dear. I just revisited this thread to see if anybody else was having difficulty getting overpayments refunded by these cowboys.... *sigh* looks like I won't be getting my £200 credit back any time soon.0

Blimey, I'm in shock. Got a bill from ee today(shame they said it was my 1st when it was my 3rd). Had a call from Lowri Beck on wednesday asking me to input meter readings on their website. I didn't but put them on the ee website. The bill is up to wednesday much to my surprise. Seems to be correct and my dd has been reduced from £109 to £52 per month due to my credit. Perhaps they are getting better......0

Yes I have used them which was a huge mistake and I am having a terrible hassle trying to get the £600 plus they owe me back. When I changed over supplier I was 635 in credit and I have been promised 3 times that this money would be refunded back to my account and it has not happened. On the third call I was told that the money wold be in my account on 6th November. It didn't happen. After my latest call to them yesterday I was promised that I would receive an email confirming that I would receive the money within 7 days. It has not happened.. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare. My advice is to steer well clear of them.0
