changed to EE through MSE energy club.

emailed twice, rang once, still cannot get any bill out of them, going by this thread I'm not likely to, going to cut and run before contract ends, they can fight me for what I owe, if I do owe anything.
To everyone at Ward 40, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, from the specialist to the tea lady, many thanks for everything.

Wise move hermanni, EE wont think so though and will likely blame forums as such for causing them loss of custom.

Only once customers such as us raise the issues and make it very clear to companies such as EE will they take note (maybe then in EE's case) and understand and realise that it is actually the poor service offered and the blatant disregard to its loyal customers will they realise we are all not idiots willing to be walked all over!

A basic such as billing would be a very good starting point for EE. However as EE have obviously concentrated on pulling in as many customers as possible prior to ensuring that they have the basics working they have succumbed to being as disorganised as one can be. Unfortunate it is, but thats business for you some will succeed and do a good job, others will flop and blame everything but themselves!

Following small claims court action against EE, all of a sudden the complaint handler who was always busy and hard to reach, contacted me yesterday! The final bill has been produced (no sign of it on online) checked and credit would be in my account within 7 days, she said! It was emailed to me promptly. I checked it and their calculations was correct. So I was correct in taking action against them, this kick started their billing and refund process. Much quicker than going through Ombudsman. I issued the claim on April 27th, served to them on May 2nd. Results within two weeks. If I don't get my refund, as they promised, within a week, I still have the option to instruct the court to get my money from them.

The EE team are only busy once you ask them a question that they do not want to answer! As you are part of the group who cause trouble for EE they certainly do not want to answer back to you lol.

We are all such trouble causers and really we should all shut up, put up and leave EE to rip us off and not provide the service we signed up for!

    PS...

Dont raise your hopes too much, EE are good at promising but not following through. The only follow through EE seem to have experienced seems to be consolidated to their pants area!

If the new bill is the higher amount that you were originally claiming, not the lower figure in the defence, at the very least it is ammunition. It would mean they gave an incorrect figure to the court and have since admitted it in writing but only to you so far as you are aware, and also made a specific offer to pay. Hopefully the whole claim including the Moneyclaim fee and any other costs though.

It also might be worth checking the deadline you have to respond to the court if this is not clear.

Just checked my EE account. The meter readings taken by their meter reader on 12th May are showing on my account now.
No sign of a bill still or the reduction in my DD that i have requested and clearly need. No surprise, though.

Time will tell and has the ombudsman route has been successful for anybody yet? You could argue that they will ignore the ombudsman ruling as well? It appears that they can do whatever they want no matter what?

I had a decision from ombudsman on 28/4/15,they have ordered them to pay me £75 compensation a letter of apology to re-credit the £12 goverment rebate back to my account and send me a final bill and refund the credit,i then got this email off ee on 6th may-

There is a very good fact sheet about the ombudsman powers see below:

    http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/publications/factsheets/enforcing-an-ombudsmans-decision.pdf

enforcing an ombudsman’s decision in court
This factsheet explains why a consumer may need to enforce an
    ombudsman’s decision in court –

"So if the regulator’s involvement doesn’t
have any effect, court is the final option.
Parliament gave consumers the power to
enforce ombudsman decisions in court –
    rather than the ombudsman service."

It seems to me that if companies like EE don't abide by the ombudsman decision they will end up in court anyway. Tara has just cut out the middle man!

Well I got a bill about an hour ago. Good, well not really.
If you can work it you are doing well.
In the 1 year with EE there has only been 1 electric bill for 1st October which was produced in January.
Today the bill was for both but only up to 1/4/2015.
So I have now got 2 electric bill but only one for the gas is only from 1/5/2014 to 1/10/2014.
Also as I am on imperial gas meter the calculations on EE's bill are different from the bills I from NPower which i was with for 7 years.
They should be the same no matter who your gas supplier is, that is right is it not?

I have looked at my gas bill and maybe other customers are thinking the same as me about the calorific value.
EE's value is 39.9533 and my last supplier NPower was 38.0 so difference.
I have worked out the difference between the 2 and EE have overcharged me more than 500 Kwh units.
I have tried calling EE but gave up after 30 mins so sent an email.
I am at the same address when supplied by NPower so the calorific value should be the same as before.
Does anybody else notice this problem or is it just me?
