Sorry you and your DS had such a traumatic day YL, I hope the consultant can come up with a plan B for you xx

I had my teeth descaled on Tuesday and she poked the gum by my wisdom tooth when she was doing it. I've woken up this morning with a massive swelling to my gum which has covered almost half my tooth, I can't close my mouth properly :( and my tongue and throat on that side are really sore too. Waiting to see if it calms down by itself or whether I need antibiotics.

Another day of woe and self pity chez Whizz it is then!

    Dear eon rep.

Thank you for your comments, I don't have storage heaters, I've looked on line and find your web site confusing.

I rang and spoke to someone at eon this week, who is sending me something in the post.

I will email you my details again and see what you come up with

    Thank you

Thanks very much for the reply :)

I'm sorry you find the website confusing though :o

If you don't have storage heaters, I do think you might be better off on a one rate tariff.

If you'd like to look at the account, you can email me direct at forums@eonenergy.com

I can help with anything you need.

    Helena :)

Yesterday was a nothing to show for it day... I hate them days.

So it's raining here this morning and looks very much like it's on for the day so I'm getting on with the indoor stuff. Going to do HHC all day until I can do no more. :rotfl:

YL hope the doctor can come up with something else ((big hugs))

(((Hugs))) Yorkshire Lass and for your DS, too. I'm very, very impressed with how hard he tried to drink the yukky stuff.

Fizz, would an ibuprofen help get the swelling down?

A smallish victory here, but nonetheless one that is going to give me great pleasure in the future. I've never been a confident pastry cook. I bought some lard to make some and then couldn't be bothered to play food processor tetris. I made it by hand with a sort of multi-bladed cuttery-type thing a lodger left behind about 16 years ago and it was fab fab fab. (Sometimes not decluttering is a good thing.)
    Better is good enough.

Think I might be feeling sorry for myself today :(

Kitchen has been done this morning, DS dropped at school and warned he is having a behaviour chart when he comes home tonight.

DW and WM going. Bit wild out today, but if its dry I might anchor the washing out. We won't be gardening though. Might pop to the orange DIY store later for some shed paint. Think I've decided on colours. I want something pretty for the playhouse but not so garish that it completely clashes with the fencing ;)

DDS has asked to do baking. We have some bananas and blueberries that need using so muffins it is. She's also started jolly phonics at nursery and knows lots more of her letters, so we might have a play with that later too.

Hope you all have a nice day X

    Morning busy day yesterday
DS2's school bus crashed (before he got on) so I had to take him to school. (Everyone was ok apart from cyclist who ran in to the back of the bus and smash the window and ended up on the bus floor. )
Zumba, various diy stores for paint and plants, Dropped DS1 off at the local Uni medical school for a taster afternoon then on to DS2's school again for parents evening. Home to cook then off to the station to collect DS1.

Miss Muddy Paws keeps being sick. She doesn't appear ill apart from this though so I'm unsure about a vet visit. I will monitor her.

    Today
Medicine cupboard sorted and list made of requirements
    Ground floor henried
    Bathroom cleaned
Recycling bin topped up ready for collection along with glass box

    Paint work in kitchen washed
    Conservatory tidied
    Bras handwashed

    I think I'm in the zone :)

    I'm off to do HHpainting

Need to go Mr Shop later and possibly visit to the Crumblies

Sorry about your DS' hospital visit YL
  • HHC I've managed
    decluttered livingroom floor and sofa's
    dusted everywhere in there
    put wm on
    put dw on
    hovered livingroom floor
    hovered front hall
    gathered up all filing

Going to start another HHC at 10 past :D

    dancemum how scary

It does amuse me that company representatives must trawl these forums looking for complaints about them to respond to.. just shows how much influence other peoples experience has over us when shopping around.

When I worked for V!rgin mobile during training we were told for every good experience a customer has they will tell 1 person for every bad experience they will tell 10 people. That was 7 years ago I would imagine now with social media being so popular these numbers will be increased.

Anyways I have infected tonsils now joy! I would like them to remove them but I have only haven't had it often enough in the last year.
I am keeping on top of the washing and that's it for now.

I hope we all have a good day :)
