Nooooo ....... No, no no.
See the threads on the Boost Your Income and Music Moneysaving boards, all littered with bad experiences of MM ....0 -
Think with Freecycle don't you have to have donated three things first before you can post a wanted post?
I am a moderator on a free cycle site and if anyone put a wanted notice on for children's clothes, I would never ever not allow it to be posted just because they have not donated.0 -

I've only ever had good experiences with MM, so I think there are probably some good stories as well as some bad ones. Not sure where else Natalie could sell the stuff that has any better a reputation?
And re freecycle, I think it depends on the freecycle moderators...I am a member of several groups and some allow anything through...Other groups are stricter. Would be worth a try.
Natalie, you could always make a post offering the school trousers your D'S has grown out of and then a wanted post for some in the bigger size. No need to arrange for yours to be collected before you find some bigger ones.PAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.
Now to start saving...it's a whole new world!!0 -
Hi Natalie, hope you're well today? Please do not go to a loan shark - I've heard of awful experiences and people's lives have been ruined by them. They may never leave you alone.
As others have suggested, try freecycle for preloved clothes. Ask about summer stuff too, now is the time many people might be getting rid of outgrown things from last year to make room for new stuff.
You are doing so well, and your struggle won't last forever. You are an amazing example to your sonI hope things improve very soon xx

Glad you have begun to make headway with the debts.
Do you have a credit union locally?
And think about local Council hardship funds. There was a report this weekend baout how Councils are not spending them and rejecting a lot of peole, so speak to your local councillor and see if they can winkle out some money. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
