Crikey you lot have been busy overnight.
NDG I like Daniel Mark, great choice. I hope he grows up happy with it too.
Pastures, do what's right for you.
Jelly, woohoo! Congratulations... ain't no party like a virtual NPT party..
Doozer, bathroom looks lovely. I want to get cabinets with a integrated basin for my bathroom, is there a best place to buy?
Gen, did you get your recital in the end? Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

So....
My GP surgery said he tried to call me but it went to answer phone. This is not so. I was by the phone ALL !!!!!!!g afternoon. He may well have misdialled, but that's not my problem.
I said, well, I better have an appointment then, and they said...none left today, call back at one.
There is one on Friday but I cannot book that because I don't know when my MRI/ cts are going to be.
Because I cannot find plus ( my fault) I need a reissue of them too. I have enough for today, so need another week..
Receptionist also wanted to know whats wrong with me, normally I tell them so they can unofficially triage, because not everyone is sensible about their timescale/ need but I am being so, and a phone call would have sorted it all.0 -
But lir, can he not phone you instead, today? Can you give house and mob numbers and insist it is critical.
When the other doc said you MUST speak to your doc Tues, he did not mean pop in Fri if you get a chance, particularly if they wanted to admit you.
Sorry lir, but I think you need to insist. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Reception says she cannot physically book appointments because the system will not release these ones till one.
They've missed calling before and said it goes to answer phone. If he misses to day I run out of these magic pills before course ends ( my fault I know). They had both numbers. They also have DH as a contact. Tbh, DH is saying on the phone for all they know if they thought it had gone to answer phone I could be lying there ill unable to get to phone.
If he calls rather than sees me it doesn't give them time on their procedure to sort out script of something that's not a repeat. ( if I see him I can show him box, explain in had two and have miss placed one, and he gives me a prescription then and there). Yesterday it could have been resolved in a short phone call.
I think I'm going to have to bite bullet and change doctors. I have been really unwilling to do this as my file is so complicated. Choice is Limited but I DO feel well enough to look into it.
The sad thing is, my practise has a little village practise that is walkable too in next village, and while I haven't walked it. I like that that option is there if/when I surrender my driving licence.
I actually am not sure what to do. Hmmm.
Anyway, today what I have to do is try and get one of those emergency released appointments at one I guess.
The thing from Saturday is IMO a primary care issue, but only just. If I have a recurrence I will have to go to a and e. There they will say 'why didn't you see your GP immmeadiately.......( I know how these things work from the patient side!)0 -
M'eh, DH just phone back and said he's putting a call to the practise manager again to ask if this is really what she thinks is appropriate.
There are a lot of problems we're had there, with delays in referrals, delays on acting on consultants requests, the multiple issues with repeat prescriptions.0 -

Happy with Pochettino?
Tuesday is the start of 15 days of radiotherapy. Then I go for a PET scan in mid-July to see if I'm currently clear.
We'll see how he goes. I'm worried he's going to try to play a high line with Dawson which simply won't work.
Hoping he'll bring in a left back and a centre back or 2. Dawson is too slow and keeps getting caught out of position which is odd because his positional play used to be amazing.
'Broadway' Danny Rose just isn't a Premiership left back at the moment. It might be worth pushing him forward as we did with Bale. He started off as left back and 'Arry used to play him there occasionally.0 -

!!!!!!.
If it were me (bearing in mind I've not been through all the medical appointment trials and tribulations you have), I'd be very very tempted to be sitting in the GP reception rather than calling at 1. Esp as you need another prescription (I don't care why, you just do). You could take the letters you received yesterday too.
If you're thinking of leaving anyway, I'd also be tempted to put in a complaint re the phone calls. Fir is right - how were they to know that you 'not answering' wasn't due to something untoward?0 -
Btw, I'm still ok.
I have enough energy to be annoyed is all.0 -
