I was about to tell you off for overusing 'posh'....
But nope.
You're probably about right in this case.

Surveyors report has arrived, & just been read for the first time.
What edited highlights should I post (in t'other place, of course...;) )It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
And.... I've just realised both why I couldn't find the shoes Mrs McT wanted without paying well over the odds, and why she wanted them so badly.

You are a bad influence, Kylie Minogue.
Must be getting old.... Had never seen or heard of that video until tonight.:(“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Anything with a red / 3 mark for sure. Anything with a 2, and summarise those with a 1?0 -

I can't imagine buying shoes over the internet. I need to try shoes to see how they feel and whether they fit my feet.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Don't you find some manufacturers fit fairly consistently?
I happily buy Church's or Loakes online for myself as I know exactly what size I am in those brands.
Same for Mrs McT with Jimmy Choo or Louboutin.... She knows the sizes in each that fit for most styles..... Hell, she's even got me trained to buy half a size different for particularly pointy versions like Anouk or So Kate.

Almost definitely fake.
Stitching's wrong, leather looks hard, the sheen's wrong... I haven't even looked at the soles...Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Dead giveaway. The logo is too shallow.
And speaking of all this fashion talk, has anyone seen fc123 around lately? Hope all is good with her.

No. Admittedly my feet are a bit non-standard in shape - wide and flat at the front, narrow in the heel, big toe going more or less straight forwards rather than inwards a bit.
Maybe I would if I was buying high end shoes, but I have a more modest budget. I mostly buy at the low end of the real leather part of the price spectrum. Wouldn't touch synthetic pretending-to-be-leather shoes, though.Do you know anyone who's bereaved?
