Blimey - you'd have expected to be close to exchange by now!
    That's a month earlier than me :(
Probably are quite close. 3/4 weeks would be my guess.
Want to wait until after 2 may as an isa matures that will be used towards the deposit.
Search results are all good - no action needed there.
Had a couple of queries from the property information form, & am just waiting to hear the outcome of those.
Found out the survey happens thursday. electrician carrying out the tests next friday.
It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.

    Nice one lemonjelly!

    Nice one lemonjelly!

A great consumer website full of amazing gift and personal consumption ideas:

    Skymall is this BTW:

    A rubbish innovations catalogue.

I see the products have at least two (compression hisrts and torso toners- who needs diet or exercise, eh?) which pander to the Aussie reputation for obesity; is that as serious an issue as it's claimed to be?;)

Yeah, I'm just slowly getting better really. Each day is a bit better than the previous one. I've got a little bit of pain this evening but not enough to make me want to take something for it. Not bad really seeing as it was less than 3 weeks ago.

I promised the kids a night in a hotel so we'll do that and we might go camping too for a night. I bloody hate camping but the kids love it so I should take them really.

In your current state of health you do not need to go camping, especially if you don't like it. Stop driving yourself so hard!

On the diet front... I've just dropped down from class 2 to class 1 obese according to BMI (today is my official weigh in day).:D

It's one of those weird intermediate goals... Yay! I'm no longer very fat, I'm just fat!

    But it amuses me, anyway.

    Well done! :T

Happy Passover to all Jewish NPs and NPs connected to Jewish people. :)

Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)

    Who is officially weighing you?

Congratulations...that is a major milestone and shows an enviable amount of self discipline.

    All of the above.

The nice thing about 'catching up' is that people have said what I wanted to say, but have said it so much better than I would.

I wandered over to the "have a look at this thread". One post directed the reader to here

One of the bedroom has pink chairs in.

They are like no chairs I have ever seen. What would NP use them for?

Obviously practising wrong technique of self propelled rather than horse propelled rising trot. What else? :). Hopefully they are easier to clean than they appear.
