You are going to need an awful lot more material than you think - when measuring the width, you then need to multiple by between 2.5 and 3 depending on the style! If your BMI is 25.1 you aren't fat. You may not be as thin as you want to be but you'll look perfectly fine.
I've met PN - in fact, she met all of us on a beach in Cornwall last summer. OH, Isaac and I were in wetsuits, Aethelbald was inside me (unknown to any of us at that stage, he was days old) and PN was normally dressed. She's lovely, not fat.I wandered over to the "have a look at this thread". One post directed the reader to here

One of the bedroom has pink chairs in.
They are like no chairs I have ever seen. What would NP use them for?
Wow at that house - just wow. I couldn't live in it, it would drive me crazy. My eyes would send my brain into overdrive! The woman herself looks nice, though, lovely pearls.
The chairs look like a cross between a dentist's chair and a medieval childbirth stool. So not something I'd particularly want in my bedroom....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
My neighbour did the Marathon, having stepped in for his son in law who had been unable to do the full training. He did it in 4 h 21 minutes, and has a fine amount of sunburn on his head and back of his neck. It never occurred to him to take sunlotion with him!
It didn't occur to OH either. It did, to me. I grew up with a mother obsessed with suncream, as she had 4 children with skin the colour of skimmed milk who could burn at any time, with any sun. So I made him put some on.
He'd have looked daft going to Israel having got sunburn in London, his relatives would have wet themselves laughing!
I spoke to OH and Isaac earlier - OH said his legs and feet were pretty achy, but nothing hurts in a damaged way. He'd even persuaded Isaac to have his first day-time nap since he was about 18 months old in the afternoon, and they were both looking forward to Passover this evening....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

When it came to our living room curtains, we had a similar "how much?!" moment, because they are huge - it took 30 metres of material to make them, in the end. They don't make ready-made curtains in those sizes (11.5ft high, 14 feet wide) and John Lewis wanted several limbs to make them for us, plus the material (and lining).
But we didn't make do - I went to a fabric warehouse in the East End, one of a number of old Jewish textile sheds that are closed on Saturdays, and bought a gorgeous purple-blue silk, and made them myself. I'm not a gifted seamstress, just a stubborn cow, and if I say so myself, they look absolutely lovely, I'm really pleased with them. The silk was £9 a metre.
Would you like me to have a look for some material there for you? I'm going back the week after Easter to look for material for our bedroom. I made dark blue cotton ones for the spare room, light blue cotton with stars appliced on for Isaac's room, and I have in mind blue silk for our room. Email me.
This photo was supposed to show Isaac more than curtains, but it does show a small part of them, too - and the colour's a bit off in the photo, they are a slightly more purple-blue than this, but anyway:
OOOOOOOH What an absolute little stunner.

Of the curtains, or of the horrible small boy blocking the view of them?
I'm quite fond of both. But then, I'm biased....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I took 6 months' tax once in order to make that at a different time of year (and then reverted to 12 months' tax thereafter) just to stagger the outgoings a little.
With Council Tax April's always been my "two whole take home pay months" of money to just disappear. That's annoying, to lose so many months' entire income on "stuff you don't see".0 -

£10k for a chair? Blimey - there's a whole different world out there....
My background is interiors and I had seen them before too. Sadly we never sold any to our customers. You could just imagine the merriment in the warehouse the day they arrived and before being shipped to the customer. You just know that everyone would have wanted to, um, sit on them. All in the name of being able to recommend them to future customers of course..Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Briefly passing by today, my colleague is off on his holidays this week, so essential NP time is curtailed.
Congraulations on the weighloss tomterm, one of my drivers has lost over 3 stone on Slimming World - the happy side effect that he takes his own food with him and his expenses are right down.
Gen, I hope you are alright and yep, camping, if you aren't in the mood, why the heck do it?
Lemon, good luck with the moving.0
