    Briefly passing by today, my colleague is off on his holidays this week, so essential NP time is curtailed.

    Congraulations on the weighloss tomterm, one of my drivers has lost over 3 stone on Slimming World - the happy side effect that he takes his own food with him and his expenses are right down.

    Gen, I hope you are alright and yep, camping, if you aren't in the mood, why the heck do it?

    Lemon, good luck with the moving.

    Because the Generalissimos love it.

    The weather's been foul for weeks. I might give it a miss.

    Can I just say, I'm sure to the disappointment of my husband, that my
    knowledge of the chairs stems more from a passion for interior design than BDSM. Sorry to disappoint!

    tomterm, that is just brilliant work, showing steely determination. You must be pretty proud of yourself - rightfully so!

    I've fallen off that wagon in the last couple of weeks. Time to get back on the scales.

    Get a cover. They are invaluable. It WILL they dropped. I know I drop mine more than usual, but I have seen the state of your H's phone in the past!

    I have one that I can use as a sort of stand. Its good but the Velcro is getting a bit tired now. Its also a bit stretched so that macputer moves about in the case, which is why my pictures get a sort of frame to one side of them some times :o:o

    My Dad's got an ipad cover case which claims you can throw it out of planes or whatever and it will live to tell the tale. As he drops things or knocks them off tables regularly, my mother regarded it as an essential piece of kit.
    ...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

    That would be useful. Even with the cover mine has a few dents. It hasn't met the fate of its predecessor though. :o

    I think my first two marigolds have broken the surface of the compost.

    Either that or weeds. :)

    My digger man is digging a big hole for us to turn in to a small basic pond when he comes too.

    Or get a caravan?

    Trouble is we've got Easter weekend followed by Anzac Day weekend so everything like that is booked out. It's a good call for the Winter holidays though.

    The cabins on the campsites all have split system air conditioners which are pretty effective heaters. The odd place even has a log stove.

    Using the following key, starting from Friday the week and 2 weekends go like this:

    :j:D:D:j:mad::mad::mad::j:D:D

    Where :j=Public Holiday, :D=Weekend and :mad: = work day. The three holidays are, in order, Good Friday, Easter Monday and Anzac Day. For basically everyone in Australia, if :cool:=Paid Vacation Day, that period will look thusly:

    :j:D:D:j:cool::cool::cool::j:D:D

    Take 3 vacation days, get 10 days off in a row. ;)
