Now onto other issues... bike riding. I have all these gear things, so I was wondering precisely which of them I'm supposed to be using while going up a short but very steep incline.
I have that trouble.... it seems if I'm riding along and it goes up a slope and I try to change gears, by the time it's changed my bike's ground to a halt.
I really only wanted the standard 3 gears and a flicker on the handlebar.... got 21 shimanos .... which is furren for "nightmare"0 -
My thought is that if the PET scan shows nothing and the grand biopsy(?) shows nothing then the options are that there could be something very rare or very odd going on. Either way, I am very unlikely to get either by definition.

Certainly yes, a lymphoma is Australia's second most popular cancer. They love a good old skin cancer but if they can't have one of those then we have a lymphoma.
Is it likely for me to have something unlikely? It seems.....unlikely.
My feeling is that there's a point that you should listen to the experts. You're doing the right thing, getting the right advice, and should continue doing what you're doing.
My feeling is that a grand biopsy is always far more accurate than a needle biopsy. So, if I had to go with one or the other I know which one I'd believe.

Now that's an easy one, you choose the gear that is easiest to pedal and if that is hard work you get off and walk. Anything with the word moderate let alone steep means get off and walk.I think....0 -

Not sure about the other questions... you can do a fairly comprehensive check on flooding through the environment agencies website.
EDIT: one thing I'd do is open a manhole cover and have a look at the drains. Searches - we had them all done (except chancel, I opted out of that one). Water one was totally useless as it said we are close to water and thus more likely to flood. Two problems with that one - the nearest water is a canal. Not known for their flooding. There is a river, but we have the M25 between us and it, and the M25 is a lot lower so it would have to flood first before we got wet. You can look up your maps on the EA website (I think) anyway.
A good solicitor will tell you if there is anything dodgy or likely to be from the searches.
In terms of the overall cost of the purchase, and since you are presumably planning to stay there for a while, the costs of the searches are less important.

I've googled for planning and there's nothing noticeable. I believe next door's big bungalow plot might be bought at some point for some further development just because it's a big plot and the current structure there's a bit shabby/dated.
Contamination - as it's quite newly built that'd have had to have been sorted/covered by the initial developers to get the FPP.
We're talking £250 for all searches, to put a sum on it.0
