That cake looks yummy, pity it wouldn't keep to make it down here....

Youngest is doing DIY, fixing his bedroom door with gorilla tape (he has learnt well from the master of bodge - me!) whilst giving me a running commentary on a gaming competition.

Josh has now ordered my present, spring specials of my crime magazines.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I was there in late 91. The Sears Tower was (at that time) the tallest building in the World.

I like Chicago, and out of all the US Cities I've been to, it's my favourite. It has some great modern architecture, and plenty examples of Frank Lloyd Wright designed buildings.

It was '88 and I was travelling from New Orleans to Philly. Turned out that flying was cheaper than getting the Greyhound bus or train and much much faster.

I hadn't realised the Sears tower was the tallest ut was gobsmacked at the scale of it.

New Orleans was my favourite city (and the only one I'd visited). Amazing music and food and architecture plus it was very affordable. It rained one night so heavily my mates car had water in the footwells. Kind of ominous now.:(

It's a bit late on a Sunday for me to work out this riddle :)

But I'm guessing that it was lir's birthday today?

A very Happy Birthday to you, lir, whenever your birthday is/ was.

    Happy Birthday for tomorrow, NDG.
