The news ticker is operating...My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Now that would pull in the crowds, admission by toothbrush.

Oh dear! Perhaps a misguided vigilante thinking it would damage PE's chances of success?
Or a misguided PE employee thinking it would damage the defendent's chances?0 -
Case adjourned according to Pranky. Skullduggery to blame, someone facing a spell inside.
that this idiot is not connected to either "us", or Parking Eye. Either would be a bad move for the party concerned.Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Hmm sounds rather Fishy, no lawyer would take the word of someone they never heard of on a phone call.
They would call the court immediately.
I smell a cut and run job.Be happy...;)0 -

What would be the point of that? It'll only be re-listed.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Whoever pulled that stunt deserves the wigging he will get. That and a spell during which he will undoubtedly get through many bars of soap in the showers for fear of picking one up. Let's hope he can't afford any replacements. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

How would a professional think that a trick like that could possibly put off the evil day. Either way it goes, this WILL happen, so might as well man up and face it today, rather than a P**ssed off judge later.Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. It would have the point of increasing costs for those defending, all taken a day off without pay, travelled, some in hotels and all of a sudden the lawyer for the Plaintiff has had a funny phone call and is not turning up without ringing the court to check the validity of this mystery caller .
Nope, does not add up.
Make them all come back another day, lets hope they can afford to
Not buying it, they pulled a fast one IMO.
The Judge should have told the lawyer to get his backside in a taxi or face contempt.Be happy...;)0
