I worked for an IT company a few years ago that was a Cisco partner. Capita lost out on a huge contract with Birmingham City Council because they didn't have Cisco telephone expertise. In order to prevent this happening again they purchased the company I worked for. The cost was £16m.

The owner didn't want to sell but given he only valued his company at around £5m he decided to cut and run ( understandably ). The reason Capita paid so much ?

A couple of years later I was in conversation with a couple of people at Capita involved in the purchase and they said had they known the facts they would not have brought the company.

The reason they brought the company ? They thought the company was a Cisco Gold Partner ..... it wasn't and this was easy to check within three clicks on the Cisco website.

Due diligence and Capita go together as well as Parking Eye and legality

But where did they bring it?

Negative. Wigs at 20 paces I suspect.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

No way in for me although I'm dropping p/w nearby today, hence earlier hope.

Unless done extremely discreetly tweeting from inside the court will be a major foxes pass. I wouldn't expect to hear anything until lunchtime. As far as I am aware it is listed as a full day hearing.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Case adjourned according to Pranky. Skullduggery to blame, someone facing a spell inside.
