I think they will send their top guns there with years of experience. So Rachel will be there ;)

I'm not sure which court it will be held at. I know of three courts in Cambridge but would appreciate info on the time and place as well.

It won't be an LPC solicitor, PE are represented by barrister David Altaras.

The hearing is at Cambridge County Court, 197 East Road, CB1 1BA, starting at 10:30am - case nos. 3JD05152 and 3JD05169.

There are a few people already coming, and according to a phone call to the court earlier today, public seating will be very limited, so no guarantee you'll get in if you turn up.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Who if anyone is representing the other side?

The defendants will be represented by Andy Foster LLB (one of the mods on Pepipoo) and I will be assisting him.

Thanks, do you know how many cases this is covering?

Just the two I mentioned above.

But there are dozens of other cases stayed pending the outcome.

So if this case goes for the defendants does it mean that those cases stayed actually get cancelled? Would it stop Parking Eye issuing claims in the courts where the stayed cases are?
