Before you click on any thread in the list, top left of page one there's a blue 'new thread' button. NOT TOP LEFT HERE AS WE ARE ON A THREAD.

But you really really don't need to be wasting time typing all these words ...please...just read the NEWBIES FAQs sticky (near the top of the forum and you get there with ONE click on 'GO' next to 'Forum Jump', which appears top and bottom right of this page) and send the first appeal template. This is easy, no need for yet more threads with loads of detail about a private parking ticket. What happened/mitigation is irrelevant.

Yes there is a need for words regarding this issue, because this particular company and person are issuing lots of tickets unnecessarily and appeal letters don't always get a response! The more we talk about this, the more awareness is raised and the more we learn and can do to STOP IT!

But it is NOT relevant to getting shot of these speculative invoices. It might make you "feel" better to talk about it, but it doesn't help the process in any way - in fact it can hinder it.

Not to a POPLA appeal it's not. You would LOSE at POPLA if you tried that argument. Read the sticky thread and win - this is really very simple to beat.
