Just upload it to tinypic then place the link here minus the http://www part of it, mse will allow you to do that. Think after 10-15 posts you can place links
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Where in my reply did I say to post an image? Or even to post a link? I said to post a broken link, and even gave an example of such. ;)

It only gives a notice number and reg number

    plus date time and location.

I imagine other details were in the imaginary notice on my windscreen.

After much prompting they just sent me this also

I think that they should be required to justify that reasonable fee. Given that all they need is a minimum wage grunt to stuff some envelopes and send a few emails one morning a week, I doubt they could justify £35.

Hoisted by their own petard? (PPC invoices are not fines or penalties, as you rightly said in your OP).

Not sure as that was just an example and the opening list is attempting to be all-encompassing. It is an unfair contract term though and as such could be struck out if you could get a court to agree.

Note that it limits its liability to denying the liability, and passing on the paperwork and charging to do so. It says nothing about paying and passing on the bill.

I think that they are outside their contact and also acting unreasonably.
