Double means double bed, twin or queen means 2 beds, does it really matter if you have to share (as long as you get your room supplement fees back) I can't believe if you email the hotel there are no rooms with 2 beds in as they're more common than doubles.

Unsure - we presumed we had... Not sure in all honesty I probably think not

If you didnt pay the premium and only paid thomas cook for a king deluxe then you have only paid for one bed.

having said that, all is not lost as Duchy says, email them, call them, ask at check in, use $20 trick, if all that fails ask for a rollaway, but they will prob charge you $30 a night for the rollaway unless you wait till you get to your room and ask housekeeping for it

I did think about possibly asking to change hotels but dont see how that would help as you still wouldnt be gteed 2 queens, but may have more chance of getting 2 queens depending on where you changed too

    Hi,

Cooks don't want us to switch hotels as the packages have increased a lot since we booked

    We can't believe it either!

But as has been said by many on here there are none available on the Aria website

If all else fails would you be happy with a rollaway as you will definitely be able to get one of those, if you wont be happy then you should try all the options given over next day or so

I wasn't going to mention the fee but agree, it looks like their standard fee is $35 for a roll-away, though perhaps they would waive it if asked nicely with a British accent?

Ultimately it may be annoying and not what was expected but you'll still be in Vegas. Do your best to resolve it beforehand, if that doesn't work be nice at check-in and if that doesn't work you'll still be in Vegas. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Thanks for your help and advice - we are going into Thomas Cook and hopefully come to a resolution.

They have offered us a stay at the Luxor instead of the Aria but when booking the Luxor was much cheaper than the Aria so would be within our rights to ask them to pay the difference between the 2 at the time of booking?

    Thanks
