Thanks duchy - for some reason aria are saying all queens rooms have been sold?!
Like Duchy says I have rarely had any problem getting 2 queens, once at MGM we didnt get 2 queens and had to have a rollaway.
And according to their website there may be a problem but definitely worth emailing them and calling them in advance.
what does you confirmation say and yes if you dont get 2 queens you should be entitled to the premium back.
you wouldnt be sleeping on the floor though0 -
Sorry but that's rubbish. I used to work for Cooks -they DO talk utter nonsense at times....
What they WILL be saying is they cannot 100% guarantee you rooms with 2 beds ....because hotels won't give them 101% guarantee. The reality is Vegas hotels are massive and so long as you alert them direct they will do everything they can to give you what you need. Forget Cooks - call or email the hotel direct.
I have just tried to get a 2 queen room on the Aria website and it is saying no availability for 19 days time0 -
Doesn't mean the OP can't get one ...but he does need to contact the hotel direct.
(I'd still like to know what the room type of the TC confirmation said tho)
EDIT Ooops sorry photome didn't see you'd posted twice

MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
What are the rollaway beds like I have no experience of them?
Once again appreciate all your help0 -

I don't think it is rubbish unfortunately. I just tried a dummy booking and they only have king beds available. I did that for your arrival dates but didn't know how long you are there for so made it 7 days. You could still try contacting them directly and putting a request in.
edit to add- didn't notice the new posts when I add this!weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0 -
it does look like Aria book kings and 2-queens separately rather than bed type being a preference as usual. The premium for 2-queens looks to be $30/night. Interesting...it's almost like a surcharge for a second person if you want two beds.
I would think emailing the hotel as duchy suggests would be the best course of action...and if that doesn't work asking at check-in (being prepared in advance as to what your answer will be if they say yes but for an additional fee and remembering if TC did indeed screw up that won't be the hotel's fault).
Does your paperwork from TC state 2-queen rooms?Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

Having tried a direct booking for that week it seems there are no queens available - it is a very busy week. Still no harm in asking though.0 -
Hi we have phoned them direct and they said there are no 2 queens available.
The confusion occurred as the paperwork says a king size double deluxe. No wat would we have booked a weeks stay having to share a bed!0
