  • DW delivered and installed :j
    DW doesn't work!

I paid for installation which was supposed to include them checking it was all working, but they didn't. So when I tried to run a clean cycle (as advised by manufacturer before first use) NOTHING! :( All lights on, program showing, but nothing, nada, zilch. I have called them & they can't send someone until Wednesday  I have questioned the fact that I didn't get the service I paid for, and they have said that if it is the installation at fault they may make a partial refund. DH not happy, as he had to wash up again tonight :D

On the plus side, I did manage to clean the cupboard under the sink :) I have been doing paid stuff, and a little studying (not enough :o ) and managed to get 2 loads washed, dried & folded. Working 11 hours tomorrow, so not sure how much will get done then either.

GoodIntentions- Good luck with the DW. We had a new WM last summer, It was leaking straight away, took them a week to come out to it and was then told it needed a new part inside and would be another week for delivery and the machine still couldn't be used. 2 weeks with no washer for 7! I got fed up, went into shop, they were really good and got straight on phone, I had a brand new one delivered the next day.

Hope all those not feeling well are better today. Sending out lots of hugs xx

DH woke me this morning to give me a kiss before he went and I woke with the biggest cramp in my right leg I have ever felt (not for a while anyway) I have had small cramps for days now so suppose it was warning me. But it's been an hour and a half now and I still cant straighten it properly as it's still so tight and sore. Going to make a start on living room in a minute, hoping the movement will ease it.

Yesterday didn't quiet go as planned as I phoned stepmum, spent well over an hour on phone and then went shopping. So if I get the room finished I will get back into the kitchen to finish off.

    God morning Flyladies,

Thanks to those of you who are concerned for me. I'm surviving but it's far from perfect.

DH is away M-W in CY's locality. The space is a good thing.

I'm not working today but have my friends boys after school and I'm babysitting tonight. I need to get dinner organised early. DD2 has her dance club tonight.

My plan is to take the littlies to school, visit the street market for F & V. Pop in the bank as I've inadvertently deleted a Standing order. I need to set up a new monthly saver as well.

I might take a trip to Che1msf0rd to declutter some dosh.

Good day wishes to you all.

Line taken from a footie report in the Indy on Monday,

'In attack City are a fur coat made from pure Siberian mink. But defensively, the knickers come straight from Pr!mark.' Almost makes you want to read footer reports, doesn't it?

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    (((Hugs))) Mumto5.

Sunny again here, and I've managed to swerve out of a time-wasting committment made on my behalf so today is looking a great deal jollier than it did yesterday. Listy being tackled, but I fear there will be serious fallout if I try to dust the top of the kitchen cupboads. Not up to dealing with that today - again.
    Better is good enough.
