Good job Dan-Dan has a thick skin ... 'bout 2" thick, by my measurements.
... Difficult to needle him, innit?0 -
You cant needle someone stupid enough to mis measure by 50 cm and then be stupid enough to tell the world about itNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Dan, it's honesty, not stupidity.
Stupidity, in the DIY sense, is buying a new Stanley knife to cut plasterboard when putting up a partition wall... hammering the last panel neatly in place... now, where did I put that shiny new knife? Oh, on the horizontal stud that I've just completely covered with plasterboard. It's still there, as far as I know. Then there was loosening a round lock out of a finger-size hole. I know it was a finger-sized hole, 'cos I poked said lock to knock it out. Took me about 20 minutes to then extricate my finger from the exactly-finger-sized-hole where it was now firmly wedged.
You are young, grasshopper. Wait 'till you've cocked up as much as I have......
So, who's brave enough to start a "Honestly, why did I ever start doing this?" thread?0
