• Wel girlies (& any lurking blokies!) pay day has been and gone! Have decided not to pay stuff till next week as the money from friend is on the way so will do it all at once on Monday as wuldnt leave my account until next week now anyway! Sitting here with my blanket on and socks & jumper...not the same as my lovely blow fire but cheaper hypno!! Had a fairly good day in work but a (for the first time in 7 years!) almost caught up with things so didnt know what to do with myself!! Very odd! Somene got dougnuts and we had Friday hot chocolate (in house - we're all skint!!) which was good & I left early to do tesco shop before being on call from 6:00...I really despair with shopping...bill was £48, although about £20 of that was cat food I've realised & £6 on wine! I am very proud of myself though as got a very cheap 1/2 price pack of mince and have made 4 meals with it for about £2 all in all! Rome wasnt built in a day n all that!
House is well stocked now so shouldnt have to spend that much next week. Been asked to lunch on Sunday so going to make a carrot cake for her. She's my boss but also a good friend (one I rang at 7am when I had to have Macey put down) & knows what a tough week I've had and has been lovely. Plan to get to the allotment tomorrow and do some digging and also got to go & get my sisters birthday pressie which I've ordered! Hopefully also sold my sewing machine for £50 which is a bargain as it cost over 100 and I've only used it twice! Someone coming to see it tomorrow morning! Fingers crossed. Plan this weekend is also to do my total Gemmzie as way behind! Hope you've ll had a good debt busting day! Hugs all!

Hi FF! You sound as though you have had a good idea......yum to the carrot cake, one of my faves. I make carrot muffins for lunchboxes - they are really good because they freeze well, so I can batch bake!

Enjoy the wine

• Well another day and another debt busting effort...sewing machine is ow ready to go although need to get some of the cat hair off it! Bl@@dy stuff gets everywhere! Took me ages to locate the instructions but thankfully have so fingers crossed! If I sell it that will pay for my sister birthday pressie although am a tad peeved with myself as just looked it up & it cost me £129 originally but can use this as a selling point when the woman comes! House is relatively tidy and when it's a reasonable hour will do the hoovering! Looked up the DVD cinema surround thing that I got and it doesent look like its worth selling on ebay because they are going for more than it would cost me to buy a cheapie 2nd hand one!! Mad cos it cost a bomb! I'm going to have a declutter generally & sell some of my craft stuff. Will take AGES as I have so much of it! ALmost an overwhelming amount & wish I could suss out why I got it all...the body lotion I can understand as trying to make myself beautiful (will have to do with inner beauty I have concluded!) but craft stuff?!!! Mind you I d like home made things so thats probably it - have made some lovely, albeit wonky, presents in my time!! Ok onwards I go!!

Blimey FF, your energy levels are high for such an early time on a Saturday!!

I hope you manage to get a good amount of stuff sorted for ebay, and that the Sewing Machine sells easily. Ok, so it is going to fetch much less than you paid, but £50 is a good amount, whereas if you kept it, you would get nothing if you are not using it!

have a good day x

You sound really invigorated! Excellent stuff - and I love the wine drinking smiley, how cute! Craft stuff is very addictive, isn't it? I've bought loads in my time, and never done *anything* with it, so you're ahead of me, at least. 7_20_1v.gif Hope it all goes well.

Oh FF I can completely relate about the craft stuff - I have soooo much scrapbooking stuff - more than I will ever use, but it's just like an addiction! I need to start using mine up - doing my layouts again. Maybe when you have a big push on your cards this year, I'll get busy with my own scrapbooking! :D

Good luck with the sorting.
